B.I have never said before that an insurance company exceeded expectations. Disappointment has resulted when interpretations at claim time were different from what I had been led to believe I was entitled to at sign up time!
Not the case with PD. New pet signed up with them, and closely followed with a transfer of my second pet to them when previous insurer indicated they were getting out of the business, and redirected me to another 3rd party, whose sign up process was over complicated and time consuming.
PD was easy to understand, their staff were able to answer questions in plain language, and their subsequent actions backed up their words. I am very pleased with them. And the Wellness Benefits add on is such great value!
L.PD Insurance pays 100% for wellness for my 3 cats. Vaccination and spaying. $630 per year per cat.
Totally satisfied with their service always available when you call them for enquiry, very helpful. Guided me all the way on claims. Very easy and fast refund after submitting receipts of payment from Vet. Highly recommend

Signing up to a puppy policy was not complex, however I failed to find how to access the free period of cover as advertised.
S.My kitten came with 3 free months and I have decided to join as it is not expensive and gives you the peace of mind. The proof will be in the pudding when I have to claim. Easy to join and very friendly helpful staff.
A.Really easy free quote process. Exceptionally friendly staff follow up to keep you on track and make it a seamless process to get the right cover for your furbaby. Two months free cover is amazing too! Highly recommend!

Loving that we could add on the Wellness Package, has come at the right time with getting a Puppy.
One thing, Pity that you don't have Dental as an option as well. In the Deluxe Package Dental is included but not Cleaning.
I'm sure more People / Clients would like an Option of Having Dental, with adding Teeth Cleaning as well...
But other than that, Pretty Happy with Everything. Thanks so much Kelly, you were Amazing A++
C.It was really easy to see different options for cover and compare prices. We went for a comprehensive cover for our pup but it was awesome to see really affordable cover for accidents. It was really easy to set up a policy and pick a payment plan to suit so I’m really pleased. I have so much peace of mind welcoming pup into our lives now. Thank you!
K.I have just taken out a policy so it is difficult to comment on the policy coverage and claims, but I would say that it seems a hard-sell approach and excessive to ring me the morning after I have done a quotation on line, not ask if it is timely to talk, and then start talking at me about the points of the policy as if I don't know what I have read. Time will tell if I have made the right purchasing choice.
M.A phone call to clear up a missed payment resulted in an upgrade to our policy which was beneficial for us. They were extremely helpful and friendly.
D.Great except my girls dob year came up wrong on my policy ,shes 9 years old not 1 month ,have been int ouch and PD pet insurance has sent me a automated message of receipt of my inquiry to change this ,am hoping the policy covers anything needed going forward and the premiums dont differ as age was put in correctly in the calculation ,overall a good experience so far
J.Given 4 stars having only just got the insurance I've not had to use it yet (with a fur baby (huntaway border collie cross) who's into everything I'm sure I'll have to at some point)... But for price (I got the top plan which includes dental) clarity of what's insured (pretty much everything) and what's not... they get 4 stars... My vet also recommended them saying they are very easy to work with from their perspective too, I had quizzed my vets after getting multiple quotes that I wasn't particularly happy with.
F.Would be better if mor clarity around “3 months free” deal needs to advise that annual premium is reduced accordingly

n.They are so reasonably priced, they pay out on claims-very quickly and the staff are really friendly. My fur baby King Henry the Pug is all protected with PD insurance.

A.very fair and friendly but ..... if the problem with your dog isn't on the list of possible issues it makes it hard to put in claim and no reply when I queried it by email - the list needs an "Other"
