Brooke has been amazing from start to finish. We had real issues with our prior broker trying to get a deal across the line. Brooke had a clinical, no nonsense approach and got a fantastic result in record time. Would happily recommend Brooke and Rapson Finance.

Great communication, Tristan answered questions and followed up quickly, showed us how and what was required to obtain a housing loan. Took a huge amount of stress and worry away from us, and helped manage us through to a very successful outcome. Rapson Finance and I recently worked together refinancing our home and business. I was at a complete loss until I started working with Rapson. After the closure of our local Bank Branch. The process of working with Rapson was positive and supportive from the first meeting. And through all our dealings I was reassured that the outcome I wanted could be achieved. Tristan (our advisor) worked tirelessly to secure the result I needed. In these difficult and uncharted times. I would highly recommend to anyone, to do the same as I did. And partner with the Rapson team.

Jeremy was our mortgage broker buying our first lifestyle block. We first met with Jeremy when we had our eyes on a 13ha block. He was very hopeful and determined to make this work but unfortunately with land rules over 10ha blocks this fell over. However, he then succeeded in getting us loan pre- approval from 3 different banks at the amount that we wanted. We found a another property under 10ha that we placed an offer on and Jeremy made this happen, even under short timeframes to get our first home sold and settle on the new home. The banks seemed quite difficult at the time we were buying but Jeremy worked through this and was a great amount of stress saved on us being able to have a mortgage broker as a go between. He had great communication, a “Can-do” attitude and persistence to get us into our dream home!

Brooke Reynolds at Rapson Loans and Finance was absolutely fantastic to work with. She kept us really well informed throughout our entire mortgage re-finance and we had the best possible outcome. We also had incredible support and service from Brooke when we were starting our business. Brooke is professional, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air. A true expert in her field. Brooke is awesome, nothing is an issue, she tells you where the lines are and what you need to do, She will literally do all the slaying for you and then present you with the options available to you. If your on the fence ask her for my number and call me with questions anytime.

Being Kiwisaver second chancers in our fifties we could not get any banks to touch us-even with combine incomes upwards of mid 100-200k range... Thankfully Tristan was there to help and got us a 30 year mortgage through a second tier lender at similar rate to the banks. I think we put him through hell during the covid shutdown but man did he come through for us! I cannot recommend Rapson, and Tristan, enough. Thanks Guys!!

A very friendly team and no matter what questions we had, nothing was to much trouble with answer's and feedback coming through very quickly . What a great friendly and supportive team, I can't recommend Chris & his support staff enough. Being self-employed the bank had declined our loan top-up which became stressful as we wanted to re-pay family borrowing. Rapson loans were persistent in getting my family a mortgage for our first home. The banks required us to have a 20% deposit in order for us to buy our lifestyle property, Rapson loans in particular Megan, was relentless in finding a bank to approve us.
