Awesome service thanks to the sorted team. AMAZING! I had sent a claim form to Haylee for a minor medical procedure on Thursday and the reimbursement was in my bank account Monday morning - yes 2 working days later!! (I wasn't too sure if I was even going to be covered) The whole process was seamless and really easy. To be honest if I had to contact the insurer direct I probably wouldn't have bothered! Thanks again for making the insurance process easy and being so approachable and efficient! You are the best! Belinda
