We first met Michael at a property viewing where he had been invited along by the agent. We never went forward with an offer on that property but decided to hold onto his details since he came across as such a friendly and genuine person.
We were so glad we did, during our house hunting saga Michael helped us out multiple times. Not only did he get us the pre-approval we required to put offers in but he was also there to help advise on on the process and reassure us not to give up when we didn’t have our offers accepted.
Michael was very fast and efficient dealing with us, he was professional, punctual and never once gave up on us despite the number of times that we returned with a new property in mind. When we eventually got an offer accepted Michael guided us through the entire process, as first time buyers this was extremely valuable to us, and found us some fantastic rates for our mortgage.
