Scott was super attentive, even through the holiday period, and worked hard with the bank to get us an offer on what is a difficult time for first time buyers. We were pressed for time going into an auction but he managed to get us an offer comfortably within our deadline. He happily talked through any questions we had and put any concerns at ease. I was a little hesitant to use a mortgage broker thinking what value add would that be, that all went away as soon as I got in touch with Scott. To begin with the process of dealing with the bank is made a lot easier and translated in simple layman terms. Scott got me approvals from the bank with quick turn around time and also guided me on the journey of a first home buyer. Eventually we got our first home and Scott got us a really good deal on the joining bonus from the bank. While another highly recommended mortgage broker could only get us a 20 year mortgage, Scott was able to get us 30 years AND we were able to keep our existing home. With excellent communication skills and an ability to think outside the square, Scott was able to see solutions that would work for everyone.
