C.I recently talked to Calder with a view of changing my existing health insurance policy. I really appreciated his help in guiding me through different products and figuring out what was best for me. His opinion was considered and impartial, allowing me to come to my own decision.
J.George was fantastic, he listened to my family needs and provided easy to understand options for our health insurance. He was very understanding and accomodating when I had to postpone our chats last minute due to a six month old, and made the whole process really easy. Highly recommend especially for anyone time-poor with kids!
P.I dealt with an advisor called Calder Woodfield at Policywise, to arrange health insurance for me and my family. He is extremely polite and helped me so much to get the policy right for our needs. A couple of items needed to got to the underwriters, he dealt with them on my behalf.
The after service he has given is fantastic.

K.Policywise were incredibly helpful in helping my family find a health insurance policy that suited our budget and covered our key priorities. It was particularly helpful to work through and discuss all of our pre-existing conditions and any exclusions the insurance company proposed applying.
P.Callum was really helpful with phone calls explaining things that were about to be emailed so we knew what we were looking at. He was also very patient while we asked questions etc. Great communication and follow up to make sure things were on track.

W.From the day i requested a quote until the day I signed up , Policywise have been great. I was lucky enough to have Calum as my advisor.
Calum was very knowledgable and transparent - this transparency is something that is very rare these days ! I had a lot of questions for him and he would always answer me and when he wasn't sure he would let me know and get back to me really quickly.
What really did it for me was the fact that Calum's professionalism is coupled with his genuinely caring nature and this comforted me and made me sure that Policywise and the insurance provider I was going to choose (even though it was one of the more premium ones) was the right choice for me.
He went the extra mile for me and helped negotiate exclusions in my policy , and this is something that most advisors lack these days unfortunately.
If it wasn't for Calum, I wouldn’t have gone through with my insurance - he is a great asset in any organisation he joins and I honestly recommend to request him by name.

A.Discovered PolicyWise via Google searches and a web form enquiry. Calum there was quick to respond and has been very helpful through the process. The selection of available insurers appeared to be well researched and pretty comprehensive, with the recommended insurer meeting the needs I'd described well. We went ahead with setting that up.
