When we contacted Carie her professionalism right from the start never changed. It took us almost an entire year to find the home we were after for the family but Carie never gave up and was happy to put any home deal to the bank to see what she could do. updated review September 2018. I had another response from Carrie recently and she has again looked at her out of office replies. I can see she regrets and wants to address the issues I raised. This concern is not something one associates with shoddy unprofessional customer service. For that reason I have upgraded my review to 4* even though I didn't use her services. I suspect my experience was a rare glitch in her customer delivery standards. Original Review- Found Carie using this google review site. Liked the fact she responded to each client review personally. We initially spoke on the phone and she emailed me an application form which I emailed back the same day. I asked if I could make an appointment to see her. Didnt hear anything back so I emailed again. Then texted her and then emailed a final time. Got a reply and an apology after 2 weeks. She had been on holiday. I encouraged her to use an 'out of office reply' when away - they are fantastic things and allow customers not to be kept in the dark wondering what an earth is going on. So I cant recommend her services but I can recomend 2 other brokers in Whangarei who returned my calls immediately and answered all my questions and agreed to meet face to face asap. Cant decide which to choose but its nice to have a choice of so many keen advisors! See my reviews for Zest Brokers and Quantum Financial.
