We commissioned Black Interiors to roll-out a new Retail look and feel throughout the Pacific; Tonga, Samoa, Fiji, Nauru, Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea. Led by Dylan Hutt, the team were a joy to work with. All locations (30 in total) were done within budget and on time. Working in the Pacific poses its challenges from communication and procurement to logistics. The team at Black Interiors delivered a turn-key solution for each location which included a customer journey map to ensure we were optimizing every touch point for engagement and monetization. A key piece of their execution was the cultural diversity within their team; this to me was the key to their success. Ensuring the right personnel in place to deal with the cultural diversity across the Pacific. To see the stores still delivering a return across the islands is testament to the ROI they communicated at time of engagement. Well done!
