Nat, Gary and the team at Sojo have been fabulous to work with. They competed a partial staging project for our home and were so easy to work with. They were happy to work in with some of our art and furniture and make suggestions about what would look best where. Our install was held up by an alert level 4 lockdown in Auckland, and the team at Sojo couldn't have been more accommodating with moving the dates around. It was such a tricky situation to manage and they made us feel like nothing was a problem. I'd highly recommend the team at Sojo and will absolutely use them again.

When planning the sale of our home with our real estate agent he recommended we use Sojo as they were always very good. It turns out he was absolutely right. They were easy, efficient and upfront to deal with despite being very busy and short staffed with Omicron doing the rounds. We left them to do their magic and were amazed when we returned an hour and a half later. The attention to detail and little touches all through the house made all the difference and transfomed our empty house into a tasteful attractive home. I would thoroughly recommend using Sojo.

They listened to what we were looking for and their choice of colours and furnishings were first class – they transformed and elevated our home ready for sale. Sojo Design are the best company we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! We first used them to stage our house for sale and then again for our new build. Both times they exceeded our expectations and we were blown away with the results. Julie and Gary are so easy to deal with and have saved us so much time, stress and money with our new build. Nothing is a problem for them and everything is done efficiently and professionally. They are such a fantastic team and we highly recommend them!

We were thrilled with the home staging that Nat and the team from Sojo Design did for our house on the North Shore. Throughout the process the communication was excellent and when we had to postpone the job by 6 weeks they were very accomodating and were able to deliver at a later date. The staging was right up to the minute and I am sure that we got such great price at auction because the house looked fabulous.

We hired Sojo Design to do a partial re-stage of our property for selling our home. Nat and the team were amazing. They were able to turn around a partial re-stage in such a short time frame and the final results were beautiful! Sojo Design did an absolutely incredible job with our home staging. Their attention to detail is amazing - from the choice in colour palette for each room to their ability to really tailor the staging to the style of of our home. The result was very high end, and it definitely brought out the best in our property. They were an absolute pleasure to work with too - very professional and great communicators.

Sojo worked with me to design the interior of a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in The Pacifica in Auckland in preparation for renting to tenants. I am absolutely delighted with the results which surpassed my expectations. Julie and Nat fully ‘got’ my brief for a sophisticated interior as befitting the building, whilst also being suitable for tenants both in terms of robustness and budget. The fact that I’m based in London didn’t faze them at all, and through What’s App, email etc they kept me informed at every step of the way. Gary provided timely information on costs and was mindful of the budget throughout. Where supply issues arose due to Covid the team found good solutions and gave me options. At every step of the process, I felt that my project was in capable hands and their enthusiasm and interest in achieving a great end result was very reassuring. I give Sojo my highest recommendation.

We used Sojo to partially stage our house for sale. They were able to quickly transform the living and dinning areas, showcasing all the strengths of the house. They were easy to deal with and very accommodating under the short time frame that I gave them. We had a great result at auction, were very happy and my wife wants to steal many of the ideas used in the staging when we move into our new property.

Julie and her team at Sojo worked with us to renovate our wedding venue, Tui Hills, that we bought in February. We had three months to complete the renovations and re-brand, and getting the right look and quality was critical. Julie has great vision and was able to create a finished venue that is stunning. The feedback we've had from both couples and people in the wedding industry has been fantastic - everyone loves it! Apart from the gorgeous finished product, the best thing about working with Julie is that she really listens to what you want, and then works with your ideas, all while gently guiding you to create an amazing outcome. I highly recommend working with Julie and Sojo.

We hired Sojo Design to partially stage our home and we were absolutely thrilled with the results. It looked fabulous and we sold it within a week and I know that was due to the presentation and flair of Julie & Nat. We asked them to help us decorate and furnish our new unit from a blank canvas. We had no idea of furnishings etc but Julie once again with her expertise in design made it look fabulous. Absolutely blown away by the staging work that Nat and the Sojo team did on our place. They transformed our tiny house into one that is spacious, bright and has effortless flow. Nat is a total delight; I've never made up my mind to use a business as quickly as I have after meeting her at our first consultation. I am delighted with the partial staging completed on our house interior today. It has transformed our house, show casing the best features for sale. Nat was a pleasure to work with. We used Sojo to partially stage our house last month for sale. It was particularly difficult as we have small children under 5 (and all the stuff that goes with that!) but Nat and the team made it feel like nothing was a problem. Redecorating your home can feel incredibly overwhelming, but Gary and Julie make this experience feel easy. They have superb established relationships with many different suppliers - so not only can they source exactly what you need but at highly competitive prices. I can’t speak highly enough of Julie, Gary and the team at Sojo. They have just completed a partial staging at my parents home. Julie and Nat handled the delicate situation with my parents gently and sensitively. They chose pieces that worked seemlessly with the existing furniture and decor in Mum and Dads home and worked quietly and efficiently during the installation. They went out of their way to ensure the best pieces were used to gain maximum effect in each space. Their staging completely lifts the home and makes it feel bright, warm and inviting. This is the second time I have used Sojo to stage a house for sale. The first time was my own home 6 months ago. A much bigger house with more spaces to dress. Again, Sojo chose pieces that worked so well with our existing decor and the colours were carried through each room to bring all the spaces together wonderfully. We sold our house under the hammer for the price we wanted and I can absolutely say that the staging made our home very attractive to potential purchasers. It was perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending Sojo Design. They are talented, great to deal with and reasonably priced.

Natalie and the team at Sojo have been amazing! Natalie is lovely and it has been such a pleasure dealing with her and her colleagues. We have just sold our two bedroom unit, and Natalie and her team did a fabulous job at staging it. Her skills made our unit look spacious and stylish. We have a lot of interest and many comments about how lovely the place looks. A big part of this is down to Natalie. I can't wait to have Natalie around at our new house to help us style it for us to live in!

Natalie was very professional and fantastic about keeping in touch and following through. She has an exceptional eye for colour and nothing was too much trouble for her. The set up was all completed on time which was important as we had photos booked, our home looks amazing, very fresh and modern. I would recommend the Sojo team whole heartedly.

Julie is fantastic. She has assisted us on numerous occasions starting with furniture ideas for our new home and also renovation and design ideas as we've made improvements to the kitchen, Laundry and bathrooms. Sojo Design did a home staging installation for us in February, when we put our central Auckland two bedroom apartment on the market. The apartment looked stunning in the promotional photographs, and we received very positive feedback about the impeccable presentation from the estate agents, including complimentary comments from people who viewed the apartment.
