From the moment we contacted Ultimate Design we had a thoroughly personable and professional experience. The representative was friendly, clear about what they could do for us and everything it would entail. He listened well to the suggestions we wanted. They proved to be incredibly good to work with, on time, provided excellent communication throughout. And did a first class job. We love our big conservatory. It's made us really enjoy an extra room and space needed as a big family. The workmanship has proven weather proof and anything we were concerned about was inspected and adjusted quickly if needed. We highly recommend this company that show integrity and first class customer service.

I first used UDR to replace the old cedar doors at my first/present home. The process was so easy & they did an awesome job. I wanted white doors but Fordy recommended I went with a different shade & I am so grateful for his suggestions. They really blend well with everything else in the house. I was so pleased with my doors that I once again used them to replace my lounge window with a sliding door, which I also am so happy with. My parents used their services with replacing their doors & retrofitting windows on the house they recently moved into. They really appreciated Fordy being so patient with them & explaining everything clearly. We have had amazing service with great advice & quality product/installation each time. Would gladly recommend them to others.

Full marks to Ultimate, both for the quality of the product they supply and their customer service. We had our first windows installed two years ago and immediately noticed that our house was considerably warmer during the winter months. The windows are great quality and still look brand new. As repeat customers this year, in the middle of an EQC repair, the logistics were more complex. Due to a mix-up with scaffolding on our part, Ultimate were unable to install our windows on the scheduled date. They were extremely obliging about finding us a new date as soon as they could and working in with other contractors. Some unexpected work to rebuild a badly constructed 20+ year old bay window header was carried out quickly and competently. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

From the get go, UDR have been great to deal with. We have changed our window configuration multiple times and the team have been very accommodating. The service has been professional and Ashleigh has done multiple site visits and has given us great advice which highlights her expertise and experience in this industry. We are very excited to receive our windows. Give these guys a go, you wont be disappointed!

UD & R are fantastic to work with. We had new windows and glazing installed in our first house and then went back to them again to do the same in our current house. Couldn't fault our experience with Ultimate Design, we have a old weather board home and were really worried about in install but the consultant and builders were incredible and the communication kept us at ease the whole process. We are so happy with our new aluminum windows, we love how modern and tidy they look with no more sanding and painting the outside window frames! Noticeably warmer with the double glazing which is great especially in the kids bedrooms. Friendly professional service throughout the entire process. After contacting a few other companies back in 2020 when we first moved to our first home and decided to go with Ultimate Design, they came on time and gave us the best value as they looked professional and knowledgeable. Fordy gave us advice, recommendation and made the process easy and quick and we were so pleased with the new sliding door, amazing quality. Installers came right on time, they were clean and tidy with good eye for the finishing details. It was a challenging uneven ceiling and walls, but they managed to make it perfect. We're currently in the process of upgrading our windows with Ultimate Design with install scheduled for December. Ultimate have been wonderful every step of the way; we especially want to commend Fordie for his professionalism - quick responses to emails, highly competitive pricing, patient answers to silly questions and the time & advice he has provided as we got our ducks in a row to proceed. Very excited to get across the finish line and enjoy our new windows.

Great customer service. Amazing work, the house is so much warmer and quieter. Wish we had done this years ago. We were listened to and Ashleigh and the team were always proactive and lovely to deal with.

I have used UDR and Ashleigh (approachable, friendly and knowledgeable) as a consultant for window retrofitting/replacement in 2 homes and to build a conservatory on to one of them. They did a great job of replacing 2 of the windows with ranch sliders which have improved our homes' indoor/outdoor flow hugely. All windows were satisfactorily installed and when there was an issue with a lock on the door of one slider it was rectified quickly. The staff have always been open with communication, whether to discuss my building needs, honest about realities and the best approaches to meet my budget. I would definitely use the UDR team to do futher retrofitting of double glazing in future.

My old front and back doors were replaced by the team at UDR with new insulated and double glazed aluminium ones. This has massively improved the warmth and heat retention in my home. The consultant was able to provide me with lots of information and guidance on everything from colour to hardware that fit within my budget. I was blown away with how good the doors looked Once they were installed! All of the installers were friendly and respectful, they did a nice tidy job and cleaned up after they were finished. I can’t wait to get UDR back to double glaze my windows!

Over the last few weeks, we've been working with Ultimate Design to put six widely varying doors and windows into our 1950's house. We requested quotes from a number of companies but Ultimate was the only one who clearly wanted our business. The quote was presented in person and Fordy was always available to answer questions. The two installers were respectful and did a great job cleaning up the debris. Communication about on site visits was always clear and even the slight blemish we discovered today was accepted without question and quickly dealt with. Finally, the windows look great! It's made an amazing difference to the look and warmth of our place. We will definitely be using Ultimate again as we complete the reglazing of our house in stages.

From first contact with Fordy and Ultimate Design - all our expectations were exceeded. The design was more than we have hoped for and we just love the finished product. Details we would never have thought of made the perfect end product. We love our new extension and the final design makes it look like its always been part of the house. We love it.

We used Ultimate to replace some wooden windows with Alumnium. Good product, prompt and on time. When we had a small problem ( our mistake) They were very good at rectifying, to ensure that all was well and we the customer were happy.

Ashleigh made the whole process easy. My house is a difficult design but the team that did the install went the extra mile to get it all exactly as I wanted. It looks amazing and I love the sliding window design.

Two weeks ago we had Ultimate Design & Renovation replace a large single window with Ranch Sliders to make indoor/outdoor flow much easier. Windows taken out, and sliders put in and took only half a day. Builders turned up exactly on time, no problems with installation and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Has made such a difference to a courtyard area that will now be much more utilised by us, both summer and winter.

We’re super happy with our retrofitted aluminium double glazed windows. Sales process was great and We now have over 35 new windows fitted - including some tall and challenging triangles and sliders. Certainly modernised our 70s architectural home. Installation took the professional crew 6 days. More than happy to recommend the team at UDR. 😀😀

Could not fault the company, received 2 other quotes, UDR was the only one who sat down and listened to what I wanted and offered design changes to fit my needs. The installation was all done in 2 days an workmanship was to an excellent standard My condensation is almost non existing now and iv never been so warm. Thankyou Ultimate for giving me control back of my home !

Had a fantastic experience with this company. communication from the time I made the appointment until the last day of the job was great. Ashleigh was a pleasure to deal with, was never a problem for me to call her with questions and always came back with 100 percent facts. Paul and the install team were very professional and did a great job. finishes are very neat and tidy - my son in-law who is also in the building industry has commented on their workmanship telling us how good the job is. my new windows have made such a difference to our house and so pleased we decided to do this. If you are thinking about changing your windows you must give this company a call I recommend this company to all my friends they are GREAT!!

Excellent job done. The design consultant, Ashleigh, was great to deal with and had an excellent process for specifying the work including agreed updates. She gave helpful design advice. All phone & email communications were professional & comfortable. Installed (May19) solid robust joinery with very good colour-matching - 4 replacement frames, 9 retro opening sashes & 16 retro fixed. Sizing was correct except for one replacement which was corrected overnight. Three pleasant, hard-working & efficient installers. Great interaction with owners. Four minor issues post-installation have been fixed. All facets of project were excellent. I recommend UDR.

We used UDR to put in double glazing in our house which is a 1970s one that previously had wooden joinery. They had already replaced several windows and ranch-sliders for the previous owners and we were happy to use them again. The whole process was very smooth and easy for us. We felt the consultation around what we wanted to do and colours etc was really helpful and everything was done quickly and on time with good communication. The actual install was all done in one day with a very friendly, professional, and hard working team. The house was left spotless for us with a full cleanup and all rubbish taken away. We feel the house is already warmer! I would highly recommend UDR for anyone looking to put in double glazing.

I have had two large double glazed windows installed by ultimate designs in 2010. The technicians have completed the installation and were very efficient. the windows looks still like new after 10 years, very good quality. Highly recommended

I recently had double glazing installed by Ultimate Design with two picture windows in the lounge and the sunroom completely done with 4 new windows and a sliding door and glass panel. Forde was fantastic to deal with and knew exactly what I wanted and I am thrilled with the results! I feel like I have a new home. Hi I had ultimate design & renovation retrofit double glazed windows into my 1940s house and I couldn’t recommend them enough. From the first site visits with Ashleigh to the final installation with Matt I was thrilled with the professional, friendly & helpful service. Every phone call to the factory and question was answered promptly with excellent communication. The cheerful, efficient installation went without a hitch and they cleaned up after, and the windows are amazing. One of the most professional businesses I’ve ever dealt with. The best looking frames we had come across and the prices were too good to walk away from. From design to installation the process was easy and had a great team the whole way along. Replaced the rotting single glazed windows on my home with double glazed aluminium. UDR were top-notch from start to finish. Sam and Kelly were a great advertisement for UDR...talked to us about our needs etc... The men Charles from Belgium and an English guy from Somerset were very efficient. The end product is great. Also they were by far the cheapest of quotes.
