I renovated my two bedroom flat to spruce it up to make it look awesome so that it would sell. Megan was recommended to me and while my flat looked fresh before she staged it, it looked super amazing and incredibly stylish after she staged it. It made me realise that a fresh coat of paint looks good, but you can't go past making it looked lived in with gorgeous furniture, artwork and special touches. Our house was to go up for sale in July and we arranged with Gina of HomeStaged to have the house staged. However, a major weather event intervened and much work had to be done before the house came on the market. The staging downstairs had to be removed to allow repairs and new flooring, then brought back. At this time new photos were taken by Gina to show the different colour of the walls, at no charge. With only one extra week added to the original staged time, the house was sold and we are very happy with the result.

I was very impressed with the way Megan staged my house. She took a lot of care to tune in with the existing decor and feel of the house. It was an estate sale, and so without the staging the house would have had to have been sold empty and would have looked very boring. Megan had staging that fitted with the age of the home and looked so good our buyer wanted copies of some of our photos so they could buy similar furniture. One of the benefits of homestaging I enjoyed was that we did not have to get everyone organised to be out of the house and have the house clean before open homes or private viewings.
