H.My wife and I have visited Jamies Jewellers brand new shop at Queenstown Central more than once and have found the service to be friendly, very helpful but they know when to just let you browse also. On the one occasion they didn't have the exact watch that I liked they had it shipped in from Australia the very next day. I spent more money than the wife?!?! And they have free champagne so they should get 6 stars!

R.Clyde was extremely amazing! I found their website online when I was looking for a specific brand of accessories (Alex & Ani) that have been discontinued in NZ. I had a few questions about the items, stock on hand and how to wear the bracelets, Clyde and his wife made a video to demonstrate how to use it and sent it to me. He was extremely responsive to my enquiries. My package arrived via overnight shipping all nicely wrapped up in an A&A box. Really happy with the service provided 😊😊
