My first experience with Brownsons jewellers Pakuranga was great!! Loved the delicate jewelry patterns. I bought a gold ring with diamonds. Very good quality diamonds and exactly what I had in mind. Highly recommend this place for their customer service and products 😊 👍🏻

Just purchased an engagement ring from brownson jeweller. I just want to say the service was amazing, Ritesh made the Process easy and painless. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back in the future.

I'm thrilled that the team here were able to successfully bring my wristwatch back to life. I first made the mistake of taking my Tissot Seastar to a battery change kiosk in a mall. The guy at the kiosk had tried to get my watch working again and I was advised that it had seized. A friend recommended Brownsons Jewellers for a second opinion and I'm very glad I did. Within an hour Ritesh had identified two problems (that the mall kiosk had overlooked) and soon afterwards I received a phone call that my watch was now working great. I'm very grateful for their care and expertise and it feels great to be able to wear this sentimental timepiece again. I will definitely use Brownsons again.

My husband recently had his wedding ring fall into the waste disposal and it got mangled. I took it to Brownsons Jewellers to see what could be done. They made a new wedding ring out of the mangled gold I left with them. It looks amazing. I wouldn't go to any other jeweller.

My fiancee and I have had a lovely experience with Ritesh. He was very helpful in assisting us with the resizing of the ring I had purchased and the quality is remarkable. I look forward to returning to look for wedding bands.

Brownsons Pakuranga provide a personal service that is lacking in the major chains. Their service for repairs is excellent and very quick - no waiting weeks for jewelry to be returned. I recently won a beautiful necklace in the Plaza mothers day promotion and wanted a bracelet to match. I did not feel I was under any pressure to purchase the bracelet. The bracelet was ordered and received very promptly. I highly recommend Brownsons Pakuranga is you want quality products and service

Radish was very professional and willing to share his knowledge when purchasing an engagement ring. No pressure buy. And as were from out of town he organised sizing and courier for us - no problem. Would recommend Rating any time.

Despite having arrived at Brownsons Jewellers just as the clock was ticking 5:00 pm and the staff was clearly making movements to shut shop, I was welcomed cordially and made to understand it was no hardship for them to attend to the frankly fiddly repair work I had brought in. It was the exacting reattachment of a silver bijou on a sturdy silver link chain. The jeweler, Ritesh, went straight to work and by the second attempt had made an ideal repair. It was very well done. While I chatted with one of the staff, he had independently given the chain a preliminary health check and at the end of his work informed me that unbeknownst to me, a different link in the chain had been damaged, pulled apart and that he had also repaired that! In effect, his professionalism had probably saved me from losing the necklace entirely. The cost of the repair was nominal. For his attention to detail plus their relaxed and welcoming demeanour, I can only give Brownson's Jewellers full marks!! And many thanks!!

I would like to show my appreciation to Ritesh and others involved, for the help I was given near the end of last year. A family member had a significant birthday coming up and in the week before I was let down rather badly by a planned gift. Wondering what to do and saw Ritesh at the local coffee shop, went over and said 'Help!'. Did apologize to his guest. (Had previously purchased goods through his shop). Within 2 hours a replacement was organized, and I collected the goods in 2 days.! Excellent service and thanks🙂

"Brownsons Jewellery, a flawless diamond of a company". I promised a while back that I would write a review of my experience dealing with Ratish and his team at Brownsons Pakuranga. As each day goes by, a wave of guilt passes over me reminding me that I must write this review and inform the public of such an excellent company with great service. Leading up to my fathers retirement it was crucial that I found something special to gift him as a reminder of such an important moment in his live. Entrusting any company to help you in fulfilling this task is huge and I am extremely lucky that I found Ritesh at Brownsons Jewellers. As I live and work in France, it was not easy dealing with time differences. With my busy work schedule and leaving things until last minute, everything had to be done quickly. Once I had made initial contact, Ritesh immediately sent me pictures via whatsapp of the watches that he had in stock. I settled for a Tissot. The size and model was on display in his shop, but Murphy's law says the colour I liked was not. "Not a problem" Ritesh said as he drove immediately across Auckland to pick one up, drove back to his shop and sent me photos.. the solution was solved. Next task was engraving, Ritesh arranged for the engraving company in Pakuranga mall to send me photos of what could be written on the back of the watch and in what font. Second problem solved. Finally after payment was made over the phone, Ritesh had the watch engraved and gift wrapped. Job done. To Ritesh and the team at Brownsons, thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Its not often that my Father is speechless, but upon opening his retirement gift he burst into tears.
