Recently took a watch to have a battery changed, left it with them and would collect approx 1 week later, phoned and spoke to the watch repairer and he said that there maybe a problem with it as it would occasionally stop. I went to collect it and there was no charge for the battery replacement which I thought was a really kind gesture, we have dealt with Keefe's before and always find them welcoming and friendly with professional service, when the watch does stop I will be buying a replacement off them Highly recommend

Bought a Tag Heuer watch from David Keefe Jewellers. After sales support was simple stunning to say the least. These people really know how to look after their clients. I highly recommend dealing with these people for any purchase. David Keefe and his manager Rob know exactly what customer service is all about. I have dealt with other jewellers also but none provided the experience these people provided. Felt immensely looked after. I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed at all

Just bought another beautiful watch from David Keefe. Have known Rob, the manager, for 20 years and he makes jewellery & watch shopping at DK a great experience.

I can't thank Rob and his team enough for all their effort on the repairing and upgrading my engagement ring. Great communication and the craftsmanship is impeccable. First class service. From dealing with the insurance company to helping us re-design my ring, all while we were in lockdown!! It was a very positive experience.

Excellent service today by staff here. Sorry we didn't get ur names but both male and female who served us were very accommodating and patient with is buying a tag Heuer watch. Initially we thought the winning watch was a longines but the strap wouldn't fit my sons little wrist, despite numerous goes at getting it to fit. We thank u very much 4 ur patience and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, went in specifically looking for a Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra, they didn't have the the colours I wanted, but there were 3 colours. (Pamela) They suggested a specific colour and size suited me best and it really did, so I bought the watch straight away. Metal strap was adjusted and watch fitted absolutely perfectly. I am very sad to hear that the St Lukes store is closing but I will be sure to check out their New Lynn store in future.

My fiance and I went to David's St Luke store to get a custom engagement ring designed and were absolutely blown away. After having talked to a lot of sales people at other jewelers and then talking to David, we were very impressed with his knowledge of the whole ring design process and really liked the ideas we were given. My fiance is not big on jewelry and was worried she would end up getting something designed she wouldn't like but David made her feel very comfortable and got her really engaged in the whole process. The end product was so good, she absolutely loves it. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the market for an engagement ring.

Had a great experience purchasing my Seiko Padi special edition divers watch from David Keefe located at the Lynmall shopping centre. I received fantastic customer service from Julie and Gloria and the owner David who personally sized my watch strap to accommodate my wrist size perfectly. A well deserved five star rating.

Was well looked after by Julie and Rob. Purchased a Seiko Padi Turtle, they adjusted the strap to perfection. Very happy with my purchase. Will shop here again and highly recommend this store to everyone. Seiko experts!

My husband got me a watch overseas so we took it into David Keefe to shorten the chain since they are an authorised dealer of the brand. An elderly Asian lady served us and told us the person, Robert, who could do the job would return after about half an hour and advised us to leave the watch with them so Robert could fix it when he came back. She then took down my details on a card. Being a cautious person, my husband requested for a receipt as a proof the business received our watch. If it was a cheap watch, we wouldn't mind leaving it with them. The lady said they don't do that and got defensive by saying that the shop would be there and it wouldn't disappear. I told her nicely that we would come back with the watch again afterwards. She raised her eyebrows and said "ok", tore the card, and walked to the other side of the shop where there was no other customer. My husband and I were left stunned by that attitude. We returned and was thankfully attended by another much younger lady who promptly got Robert to shorten my chain. It made us wonder if the elderly lady's attitude would have been different if we went in intending to purchase a Tag Heuer Monaco series.

Extremely happy with the service and the professionalism of the staff there. I had an insurance case, I lost my wedding ring and was prepared to get something at least similar to what I had as I understood it would probably be hard to remake it exactly the same. But fortunately, I got it exactly the same which I had, just brighter because it is new. :) Very happy, thank you so much!

Came here to get a repair done on my watch strap, they took a look and weren't happy to attempt a repair as the pin had broken inside a ceramic strap. They suggested a competitor which I think is good service.

Had such a good experience with tony she was so patient and accommodating. My newborn baby was crying but tony was still very caring and professional. Loved her professional advice plus attitude and service. Well done and thank you

Wanted a rare Pariba Tourmaline stone for a ring - saw a few manufacturing jewellers who had either never heard of them or said they were beyond my budget then I found David from Keefe’s jewellers who knew these stones and said he could find me one at the next trade expo in Hong Kong. On his trip he updated me with pics of various stones and price range to find exact colour I wanted. The end result of the finished ring was amazing - he went above and beyond expectation and it was so nice to deal with someone so enthusiastic and passionate about his craft. Would highly recommend.

Simply brilliant all the staff are excellent. John, Donna .. and David is in a class of his own. Will be back shortly guys to buy the watch. . . Now is not the time sorry Donna we are having two family sicknesses going on and would not be correct and moral of us to show off a new Omega.

Best example for great customer service..the super friendly sales team helped me find a particular Rado watch that I was keen. Very reliable and very friendly. Extremely happy with their services .

Had ring sized other day was told may be difficult as band is chain link , Donna was absolute delight to deal with so thanks Donna , and thanks to the technitions the ring came back awesome and polished looked a million dollars , thanks again very happy customer
