Claudia worked with my partner to design the most perfect engagement ring I could have asked for. She was amazing helping us design our wedding bands too. She was absolutely amazing, very patient with all of my queries and really helpful in working with me to design the right ring and diamond and didn't just try sell me a product. Great experience dealing with Diamonds.co.nz. Shopping online can be stressful when ordering new bath towels, let alone a diamond. But Claudia maintained great communication and in the end I received the exact stone I was after!

After making an online enquiry wanting to meet a staff member in person to discuss my requirements Claudia responded to me and offered locations and times to meet. Everything about this experience was perfect. Being able to choose the diamond and compare prices of stones, metals and settings online is pressure free and gives you plenty of time to choose exactly what you want. I arranged to collect at the airport which was a smooth process and to top it off my fiance absolutely loves her ring. After finding Diamonds.co.nz I picked up the phone and talked to Claudia, she was friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed which was the exact opposite of the experience I had when looking in jewelry stores. Furthermore you get way better value for money than the stores. I cannot recommend them enough!

The ring I purchased from diamonds.co.nz is unbelievable, my fiancee cant stop staring at it. The process was a lot of fun, scrolling through the diamonds, comparing price, quality, colour etc it meant I was able to select the perfect diamond which really payed off in the final product. It was also very personal because of the ability to choose which my fiancee loved. Some people thought buying without actually seeing the ring was risky, but the team was there to help, and there is no way I could have afforded a ring of this quality from a conventional store.

I couldn't recommend diamonds.co.nz enough, Claudia and the team were very friendly, helpful and efficient - and delivered my gorgeous engagement ring, made to my exact specifications, for a really great price. Last May I purchased a diamond engagement ring from Diamonds.co.nz for my now fiancee, now I don't mind saying that I'm a pretty risk averse guy so going down the online path was out of the norm. I shared a couple of emails with Paul and Claudia who where an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one. They provided great guidance with selecting the stone and setting & the end result was a very special ring that looked spectacular! (I'll add its been admired by a lot of people since...) We bought my ring on the website and were so thrilled with the service, so easy and with no stress, and we got the most beautiful diamond ring that I've ever seen! I can't thank Paul and Claudia enough, this ring is much bigger than I ever thought we could afford!

Honestly perfect. Total control over my order, it was cheaper than if I had bought from a mainstream jeweler, and better as well. I even had some last minute changes that they were more than happy to change. I would say that I would buy an engagement ring from them again, but I'm pretty sure I won't need to.
