Brought my Stirling silver bracelet over 12 months ago and Kirsten just cleaned it up for me, done an amazing job - love this store, fantastic jewellery & service! Highly recommend!

I can't rave about this place enough. I went in to get a wedding band made, feeling slightly awkward that they specialise in big beautiful diamonds but I wanted something more on the plain gold side. Adrian made the experience so great! He listened to what I wanted and took my design and created something perfect and I left on such a high! He also told me to come back just before my wedding to get my engagement ring all polished up which I did today and the girls in the store were all super lovely, helping me fix a broken link on a bracelet while I was there. Highly recommend to everyone, and if ever I need jewellery made in the future, this is where I will be coming too! Thanks guys

My family has been shopping with Adrian and team for a while and have always found to be a pleasure seeing them. Great customer service and as usual, expert advise . Quality products and they cater for a wide range of budget. Very Friendly and customers are always treated the same regardless of how much you spend with them. Most of all, there have more occasions where Adrian hadn't charged me for repairs etc and the latest was that there was a bill for $75.00 for a repair on my watch which was put on the house yet again. The lighting and ambience is soothing which provide clients a great shopping experience. Besides that, we find that the staff are very polite and professional when it come to serving customer. Couldn't have asked for anything better! So happy! Adrian looked after my partner and I to find our wedding bands, he made it such an easy and comfortable experience from the beginning to the end result. We can't be happier with how amazing they look! He came up with a concept for my wedding band so it could fit around my engagement ring and so the design would also compliment it really well (that had been a worry of mine given shape and colours) and they look amazing together! So happy! My partners already joked if we can start wearing them already as he's also super happy with his! Highly recommend! Thank you Adrian!

Adrian and the excellent team at Fifth Avenue Diamond Experts designed and made a beautiful ring for me. They explained in my lay terms , the process of selecting a diamond and the best shape for me. The end result is stunning and I appreciate the very professional care they provided. Regular updates as to when the ring would be back from the setters. They are very proud of the service they provide and rightly so. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking at commissioning a bespoke ring. Also any jewellery repairs. A wonderful experience for my fiancee and I to choose the perfect ring and we were delighted with the result. We were able to customize one of the designs to our preferences. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. We were talked through the process very clearly, pragmatically and honestly. I would highly recommend Fifth Avenue to anyone.

I damaged my wedding ring and a replacement stone was required. I received a few quotes that seemed disappointingly high. Eventually I spoke to Adrian. He advised in layman's terms what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He found the perfect stone, the ring was sized perfectly and the cost was a third of what I had been quoted elsewhere. I was very impressed with Eden, who I dealt with in the store. I have asked Fifth Avenue Diamonds to work on a second job for me. They provide an impressive service.

One of the best shops who not only provides you with great experience while you shop but also have a very exclusive selection of products with the right price tag on each of them. Had been shopping here few times already and will be always happy to return.

I was lucky enough to have my engagement ring designed and made here, and Adrian and his team have been wonderful with assisting us with getting our wedding bands done, as well as jewellery for the bridesmaids! I went to Fifth Avenue looking for a fairly specific anniversary gift. The staff member was really helpful, with knowledgeable friendly advice but without being at all pushy. The store had a great range and I got just what I wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Buying an engagement ring was a very stressful and huge decision, I wanted to get it write. Fifth Avenue Diamond Experts had the best customer service in any field of work I've ever encountered by a mile. They took great care of me going above and beyond, they informed me with all the questions I had (About diamonds) and at no point made me feel stupid for asking, at no point did I feel pressured into buying a ring and afterwards when I came to get the ring resized their celebration for my fiance and I felt genuine. I will going back there again. Cannot recommend them enough.
