The owner of this lovely shop called and explained what had happened with my previous experience and was so polite and genuine, really kind person I can tell. There was obvious miscommunication between the staff and myself which happens everywhere and now I understand how things work thanks to Paul. I just appreciate the fact the owner took time to contact me and explain everything, that is customer service at its best. Highly recommend this business to anyone A+++. PS, I have already put through a request to Google to remove my previous feedback as per screenshot as it won't allow me to remove it myself for some reason, so hopefully someone gets it removed asap.
