Absolutely thrilled with my 'new' rings. Have had a collection of old wedding bands and a broken signet ring sitting in a drawer for years. Finally got round to taking them to Jewellery Services and now have two lovely much thicker wedding bands and a fully wearable signet ring for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. The counter staff I dealt with (Soo and Freya) were both lovely, very professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Jewellery Services.

Ever since I have been using this company, which is a very long time, I have always found them not only very friendly but ver efficient. It is defiantly well worth the trip to get there. Highly recommended.

I had a signet ring to a High Street store for resizing. It was returned as unable to resize due to a "special finish". Jewellery Services were able to do the job. The ring looks fantastic at an incredibly good price, far less than I expected. Cannot speak too highly of my experience with them and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had to have my engagement ring replaced. During the initial consult, they were super and really understood what it was I was looking for. My ring is beautiful and just as I had wanted it. They also offer an annual check and clean of the ring which is a great add on service. Highly recommend these guys and I totally trust them. Thanks!

This is the second time we have used Laurie and the team for special pieces. This time it was the redesign of my precious engagement and wedding rings. Once again they did an amazing job and I absolutely love my rings! They still have the sentimental value but now have a new lease and suited to me now. Thanks guys.

My engagement ring has a diamond that is tension held and consequently comes loose and has been damaged fairly often. Jewellery Services always do the most amazing job at redoing at for an incredibly reasonable price. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.

Laurie has produced several exquisite rings for me over the past 10 years. He has also identified faults and repaired pieces that were from a high profile Australian jeweller. Laurie and his team provide wonderful communication from start to end process. He is very exploratory in his initial consultation, bringing his wealth of experience to the questioning and design process. I have challenged him with new designs from scratch and ‘I would like this’, of which he has delivered to an extraordinary standard each time. Several of my girlfriends have now had Laurie produce beautiful pieces for themselves. The comments and queries re my rings are regular. When I’m in NZ, it is wonderful to refer people to Laurie. When I’m overseas it is unfortunate for those ladies. I look forward to Laurie and his team creating another stunning piece of jewellery for me in the future.

Bought my 1975 ring in that had quite a bit of damage and bent to be refurbished. They advised it was costly to replace the mount etc. so instead they cleaned it all up, coated the white gold in rhodium and straightened out the bent parts. Looks amazing when they had done it, very happy and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Jewellery services! They made a modern bespoke engagement ring for me. It was exactly what I wanted for a fraction of the price in the retail stores. They’re amazing to deal with and I will definitely be back for any future jewellery needs!!

My necklace had a stone replaced, they colour matched and repaired really quickly. Very pleased with the result. Made a lovely job of cleaning both my necklace and the matching bracelet. Will 7se them again. Very professional and friendly.

I’ve dealt with Laurie’s team for about 10yrs. I’ve had some very intricate pieces worked on. I will only take my jewellery to them, they’re amazing, do an incredible job for a reasonable price in a timely manner, and fantastic service

I commissioned a piece from Laurie earlier this year. I corresponded with Tineke in designing some beautiful diamond studs. I couldn’t fault the service at all, I got to select the stones and the design and it was all completed well under my budget & beautiful quality. I’m thrilled to have a forever piece that I adore.

I purchased a keepsake pendant for my daughter for her 18th Birthday. The pendent contains her Nan’s ashes and was a gift from the angels to let my daughter know her nan would have been proud of the young lady she had become. My daughter loves her pendent and there were some happy tears when she opened it. The service I received was very professional and I felt the ashes I supplied were handled in a respectful way. The communication between myself and Love in a Jewel was great and I found them very helpful throughout the entire process. I intend to use them again in the near future to purchase a pendant for myself

I had various pieces of jewellery that needed re-sizing and this was all done super fast and for really reasonable prices. One ring was a very expensive complicated design that I had been told by Cartier could not be re-sized, it was and it looks amazing and fits perfectly. One other ring was a tri design, super fiddly that I had given up being able to wear ever again but this also was sorted for me and looks perfect, was super impressed. I also had a bangle that had an ugly clasp that prevented me wearing it but Laurie came up with a fabulous design that works brilliantly and now I love my bangle again. The staff are super friendly and the service is amazing - the pricing is great - could not recommend this highly enough. Al Paget

The lady that helped me with my broken necklace was very kind, polite and professional. They fixed it for me and did a great job and didn't overcharge me like some other branded names had, really happy with them and would highly recommend this place.

Excellent service in repair of a damaged ring and the gems. Well priced, called us with updates and options. We needed it back in a certain timeframe which they understood and met early. Definitely recommended.

I had a beautiful ring that had been passed down from my mother when she passed away. Unfortunately over the years the stones were coming loose, so I didn't wear it incase I lost a stone. I was recommended to go to Jewellery services. I took my ring in and they were fantastic. The lady at the front desk looked at my ring then took it through to the back, when she came back she explained that it was too far gone to just reset the stones and they would have to remake the ring. I was upset as I thought that it would change the ring and being my mothers it held so much sentimental value for me. They reassured me and I left the ring there. I went back to collect and was soooo pleased as it looked exactly the same but cleaner :) I can't recommend these guys enough. They took into account how I felt about the ring and walked me through everything. They quoted price and it was bang on. Also the price was far below what I was expecting. They gave me a ring I can wear and love again.

Cannot recommend the team from Jewellery Services enough! The talented team helped my Fiancé design and make my beautiful engagement ring. Over the last 2 years I have had my ring resized twice, the turnaround time was quick and my ring was returned in immaculate condition (looked as good as the day I got it). I’m so excited to be using this amazing team to design and make our wedding bands.

I have had several pieces of jewellery repaired over the years. Recently i had a gold bangle made from a collection of old jewellery. Laurie and his team have done an amazing job in creating this beautiful piece.

I had my 3 rings resized here. Very professional firm to deal with. Rings came back sparkling and fitting perfectly - and at a cost that was nearly 25% of what had been quoted by a leading jewelry store.

After my mother passed away I wanted to integrate her engagement ring with mine, to keep something of her with me all the time. Laurie designed a beautiful bi-gold bespoke piece using our stones and gold. And redesigned my wedding ring to shape around it. Delighted with the result. They also repaired some old pieces for us, nothing was too much trouble. Very professional, beautiful work, on time and a reasonable price. Highly recommend! Genuine and felt confident I could trust them.

Not a retail store, but a professional jewellery manufacturer, Jewellery Services did a great job with my jewellery alterations, at a very competitive price. Hunt out all those jewellery alterations you have been put away for another day, and take the lot in to Jewellery Services. I think you might be surprise how little it will cost!

They were awesome! Very professional and helpful. My ring is still slightly too big even after they helped me size it. Spins constantly. Other than that I would highly reccomend them as the were awesome to deal with.

Great service making repairs to my engagement ring that was showing some wear after 30 years. prompt, friendly service and great quality outcome

Very friendly and helpful staff. I got a couple of alterations done. One to extend the length of a very old fob chain and it's hard to tell where the new links were done. The other was a newly designed gold clasp on a pearl pendant and I am so happy with it and wear it a lot more often now. The workmanship on both is of a very high standard.

They did a fantastic job fixing my Tiffany’s bracelet.. Easy to find and great parking. Totally recommend their services.

Had such a good experience getting a bracelet resized. The lady that I dealt with was so helpful and made sure that the bracelet was measured out properly and the pattern was the same. Plus it only cost a third of the price that I had been quoted everywhere else.

We have used Jewellery services a few times for repairs/ resizing of rings. One item, was a family heirloom and it was repaired beautifully. They were reasonably priced and the quality of their work was exceptional.

Got recommended Jewellery Services via others on FB. Had to get my engagement ring resized first which only took them a couple of days. Also ended up going back for a bespoke wedder band to perfectly fit the round engagement ring which came out fantastic, under quote!, and both sit great on my hand. I was given the opportunity to design my own engagement ring and was recommend Jewellery Service by a friend. I made an apointment not thinking that i would absolutely enjoy the customer service i recieved from Laurie and his team. He really made the experience to be unique and special, from selecting the diamond to designing it was such a delightful experience. Im so in love with my engagement ring and the flowing compliments i receive is just a testament to their amazing work. Could not recommend them enough.

Can't speak highly enough of this place. Was recommended by a jewelry shop. Took 5 rings to be rhodium plated here on a Monday, and was told that they would be ready on the Thursday, however got a phone call on the Tuesday saying that the rings were ready. How's that for quick service, and the service from the staff was excellent, as I found it difficult to to climb the stairs, they very kindly brought them to me. I have been complimented several times on how sparkly the rings look

I cannot express how utterly impressed I am with the superb service I have received. The communication throughout was fantastic. My engagement ring that needed to be resized, and which I was very hesitant to part ways with, was ready for me to collect after 2 days, looking all shiny and brand new.

I highly recommend Jewellery Services. They have repaired our wedding rings and made diamond earrings from a pedant for me. However, the best work they have done for me was to repair a pounamu pendant that had split along a natural flaw. They bonded the split pieces and put a stunning gold band over the join using a couple of gold rings of mine that I wasn’t wearing anymore. The pounamu has a lot of sentimental value for me. I spoke to several other jewellers who said there was nothing they could do to help. The staff at Jewellery Services were lovely to deal with, they gave me options for the repair and completed it earlier than the original estimate.

I had a gold medical alert bracelet repaired and chain replaced then a wedding ring that had one of the stones missing replaced. Both jobs very professionally undertaken and repaired. My wife and myself very happy with the work and highly recommend the service received and will not hesitate to have any other work done.
