Very quick helpful and efficient service from this company . I was very wary of leaving my jewellery overnight for them to value as there is huge sentimental attachment to some of the items. Have had three rings examined by JVC so far, and both have left me with excellent impressions of Donald and his son Jacob. The first I had ordered a ring off the internet and it was not to the standard expected - Donald did not even charge me which was very kind of him. I noted that the seller had great reviews mentioning other valuers - I can only imagine that he has a much keener eye than other valuers out there. The second I had two rings valued on behalf of my family, and Jacob turned them around within a day with all documentation provided including high resolution photos suitable for selling.
