H.Tom was great!! Me and my partner were just looking for our wedding rings and had no plan to actually buy but Tom made it sooo easy and simple.I have shopped with michael hill in albany which was a bad experience but this guy was so thorough and made the process super easy. We spent double than our budget:) Keep it up tom.
G.Highly recommend Michael Hill Northwest to all. Corey certainly knows what he's talking about and took great care in explaining diamond cut, clarity and colour amongst other comparisons to my accompanying friend and I, expert advice. Gigi (Geraldine) was an absolute superstar in showing us the ring I had secretly chosen for my now fiancée, sorting the right size which since fit perfectly and arranging our purchase that Corey kindly finalised for us. My fiancée receives endless compliments on her ring! This phenomenal team was an integral part in making our dreams come true. We can't thank you enough!
C.Love this Michael Hill branch. The staff are very helpful and friendly but not pushy like other places. They take their time and never make you feel that you have rush your decision. The store offers great deals too!
A.Wow! what great service. We bought my husbands wedding band from this store and were looked after by Kaz. She went above and beyond to get us the right band. We couldn't recommend her more! She made what could have been a stressful choice very easy. She is a great asset to the store.
M.We walked through NorthWest Mall today but noticed that Michael Hill Jewellers were not open until 22/5. We really missed seeing you open with the rest of the stores. Corey, Donna , Gigi and others have provided us with top service whenever we have been there and we hope you all return soon. The mall is not the same without your store being open.
