I can never thank Wayne enough for his stellar service and outstanding craftsmanship. We came in for an engagement ring not really knowing what we were looking for, and Wayne was extremely knowledgeable and took us through every step of the process. We ended up designing the most beautiful platinum ring with a pear-shaped sapphire and two pear-shaped diamonds. I am still in love and I get so many compliments on my ring, thank you for everything, Wayne!

My 25 year old engagement ring band recently snapped and so I took the ring to Wayne at Mt Eden Jewellers to be repaired. I had been thinking about having my ring redesigned and decided to use this opportunity to talk to Wayne about what my options would be. He had some great ideas and we seemed to be on the same page so I decided to go ahead with the redesign. The end result is a stunning piece of jewellery which I love even more than my original ring. It is a huge leap of faith when you hand over your precious piece of jewellery to be redesigned but Wayne absolutely nailed it. I would highly recommend him.

Honestly, I couldn't recommend highly enough!! I went to Mount Eden Jewellers to begin the process of making an engagement ring for my partner. Wayne took the time to show me pieces he had made in the past and even sketched potential ideas. When I had settled on a design he arranged for multiple stones to be sent to the shop for me to look at. Wayne explained the difference between multiple stones, what to look for in each stone and what makes some more desirable than others. I went from not knowing anything about sapphires and diamonds to being confident enough to hand pick stones for my now fiancee. The complete ring was finished well within the deadline I asked for, Waynes craftsmanship is second to none, the ring looks absolutely stunning. Thank you for walking me through this journey, its been a pleasure! If you're in the market for a high quality, custom made piece of jewellery, Wayne is your guy!

I cannot recommend Wayne highly enough!! I took my engagement ring here to be resized and after reading the reviews I knew this was the place to go and Wayne did not disappoint, he went absolutely over and above what was expected and I was so thankful!!! Wayne went above and beyond during my experience buying an engagement ring. He worked with me to find and create exactly what I was looking for and was patient the whole way until we got to the finish line. A true artisan who is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. Reading the 1 star reviews given to Wayne really frustrates me as it’s so far removed from the service and genuine care that Wayne offers. This is a man who owns and operates his business by himself and keeps a work space where he creates his rings only metres from the store front so you can really see the blood and sweat that goes into his work. I have a lot of respect for this man as someone who genuinely cares about what he does and someone who genuinely cares about his clients.

Wayne has designed wedding rings for both of my daughters and also designed a beautiful bracelet using my grandfather’s gemstone buttons. He is an excellent designer and master of his craft. He also manages all our necessary repairs. I could not recommend him more for quality, skill and a genuinely nice person with it.

I had been trying to find a dress ring for my wife. I hadn't set myself that many requirements, but couldn't find anything that met them all. Then I saw this ring on the website. I loved it on sight... but I knew she'd prefer it in blue. Which is not an issue when you're dealing with a jeweller who can manufacture it himself! I read through these reviews before I contacted him (like anyone these days for a decent sized $ purchase) and after having met him, I can easily believe that any perceived disrespect is purely him being immediately upfront to avoid a potential problem later. He was responsive to my emails & completed the ring on time. I can't think of any more I could ask of a jeweller. I said that this ring was going to show up her engagement ring as substandard so in time I fully intend to return. Thanks Wayne!

Amazing customer service! I’ve always wanted some cute diamond earring and a matching necklace made for me but didn’t really know what I wanted. I tried my best to describe what I wanted and within minutes Wayne had drawn it out for me!!! I didn’t know that was actually a service! Last November my fiancé went to the shop to have an identical ring to her engagement ring made for me and to ask how long it would take. As it was already towards the end of the month and christmas drawing nearer, Wayne told her that it would take a week at least. She explained that she needed the ring just two days from then to give to me for our two year anniversary on top of Mount Eden where we went on our first date. Somehow Wayne managed to finish the ring in time!! When we came down from the mount with my ring a bit too big (it was only an approximate as they weren't able to measure my finger) and her ring a bit too small, Wayne cut out a piece of my ring and inserted it into her's - free of charge and right on the spot. We are very grateful to him and love that there is this symbolic connection between our rings.

Recently I lost the diamond in my engagement ring, now nearly 60 years old. All that was worth using of the original ring were the shoulders and Wayne incorporated these in a new ring even though they were very thin and he had to strengthen them using gold also from the original ring. Wayne designed and manufactured my wife's cluster ring of diamonds and sapphire, absolutely what she wanted and then some, unlike mass produced jewelry, this one of a kind, has never had a stone fall out, or gold peel etc. Highly Recomend
