My now husband and I were nervous about our appointment with Naveya and Sloane, previously having had bad customer service experiences at other jewellery shops. However, our experience with Naveya and Sloane has been nothing but amazing. All staff are all so friendly, attentive to detail and put in their best efforts to ensure our vision for the rings come true. The rings crafted are a time classic. Will most definitely recommend Naveya and Sloane for the most beautiful wedding jewellery and for the best experiences yet.

The Naveya and Sloane experience was so incredible! From day one Courtney was awesome at guiding us through the process and helping me understand it all. I also loved that Courtney wasn't pushy and was happy to work with our budget. I designed both engagement and wedding band without my wife being there and the whole process was stress free! Naveya and Sloane were also very accommodating when I couldn't collect the rings from Duty Free due to border closure. The finished product is so beautiful and we always get comments on it. In November 2021, my dear wife was celebrating a very special birthday. Given COVID-19 restrictions, we initially came into digital contact with the fabulous Nina, from N&S. Professional, warm and knowledgeable, Nina put us at ease, instilling a level of comfort so crucial when making such a purchase without going in to store. We were furnished with pictures, photos, detailed explanations and video clips as we moved through a bespoke process of designing Madeleine's ring. We were guided through the stones' providence, settling on diamonds sourced from outside New Zealand. The final product is a breathtaking platinum Avior 3 stone setting with supporting Chenier setting, wedding and eternity bands. The 3 rings are fused into what we feel is the perfect single piece. I was offered an online consultation due to the restrictions due to Covid 19 and was then invited into the showroom once there was a change of alert levels. I was given the most generous service to help craft my wanted diamond ring. In particular, Anna was extremely courteous, helpful and provided gentle nudges when needed to ensure decisions were made on time. I could not be happier with my experience at Naveya & Sloane and thanks to them, I have beautiful engagement ring and a very happy Fiancée. Naveya & Sloane also do a good job of looking after you during your visits, in particular, they help pay for your parking when you park at their recommended parking site. We worked with Nina to choose our wedding bands during lockdown in April 2020. It was not an easy task to find a style of band that I loved that worked with the shape of my existing engagement ring. Nina was incredibly helpful via email and send photos of different bands with them on fingers for us both to choose from, she assisted us with how to measure and work out our sizes also. We paid our deposits and hoped we would come out of lockdown so we could get to Auckland to view the bands in person and make our final decisions. Over the last year I've visited the stunning showroom at Naveya & Sloane multiple times to choose an engagement ring as well as wedding bands. I particularly enjoyed selecting the diamond for the engagement ring. The team are all extremely professional, Nina, Scarlett, Francisco and Brylee have all been part of providing a fantastic experience with Naveya & Sloane. The team have always gone the extra mile, from contactless home visits to try on samples during level 3 to dropping off my ring to my apartment while I was in COVID isolation. You are the right place to make your special rings. I have had a fantastic experience making my Babymoon ring with N&S team. First of all, Nina, my Jewellery Design Consultant was amazing. When I got the first consultation phone call from her, she listed to me about my ideal ring carefully and created a beautiful sketch of my ring with N&S team. Secondly Nina communicated well not only by phone but also by updates email. They kept me being excited till the day I received the ring. Finally, N&S has secure delivery service, which was very important for me. Because I do not live in Auckland and my baby Due date and ring completion were on the same week. Being well and truly outside of my comfort zone looking for an engagement ring + the lockdown challenges - I spent alot of time researching online and had zoom consultations with a competitor. Time pressure became paramount and Naveya & Sloane came to the rescue! The Original Setting was perfect! My fiance had a custom ring designed and crafted by Naveya and Sloane. It is an incredible piece of jewelry which I will forever treasure. The sales assistant we dealt with was Olivia. Olivia made the whole experience wonderful. She meet with the two of us after the proposal and congratulated us and shared our story. I have also dealt with Olivia when deciding on wedding bands. She has a vast knowledge of jewelry making, types of metals, and precious stones and she was more than happy to share this with me. Olivia is very good at what she does, and has made choosing our rings a memorable experience in its own right. Who says quality custom handmade jewelry is out of reach for those on a budget? I've heard very good reviews about Naveya and SIoane, and they are definitely known for their high end luxurious creations. Have to say that Courtney was the star of the show and made the process very smooth and simple. The end piece was amazing and I couldn't ask for more. It was a great feeling opening the box and seeing the ring for the first time, there was no way my partner could ever have said no. The hardest part was getting away from her in Auckland airport to get to the collection point and then keeping it hidden until I dropped the knee but this all added to the excitement. Would highly recommend Naveya & Sloane, make sure you ask for Courtney.
