I bought a ring through Nolan and Vada while I was in Australia. The team and Nolan and Vada went above and beyond to craft the perfect ring. They did an amazing job from helping me finding the perfect sapphire to customising it to my specifications. The ring was sent without any issues and when I first saw it in person it was nothing short of perfect. I would recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I had a tremendous experience with Nolan and Vada, who delivered to us a set of rings that we are absolutely delighted with. They were able to provide us with a lovely sapphire engagement ring with an Australian sapphire, and paired it with a modified wedding band so that they could be worn as a set. Additionally, they worked with me to create a custom dual metal mens wedding band with an inset sapphire, matched to my wife's ring. Their customer service was excellent, and we loved working with Molly to bring everything together. We purchased from abroad, and she did everything possible to help us feel confident in our decisions about sizing, setting, and customization. We couldn't be happier with the results.

It was a pleasure working with Nolan & Vada to find an engagement ring - they are personable, kind, very knowledgeable and never let you settle! They worked to find other stones until they could find the perfect one for me. They sent it very quickly and it got to me easily with international travel. If you are looking for a sapphire ring, there is no better place to work with!

The overall result was great, I would recommend. They took my budget and used it to deliver a beautiful custom ring which my partner loved. However, I think there is an opportunity for them to improve their customer service. At times it felt like I was chasing them around instead of them being on top of things. Perhaps the slow return might have to do with lockdown and having to deal with lots of customer queries online, nevertheless it is still a great studio with unique designs.

Ordering my wedding ring through Nolan and Vada was so simple and effortless. Molly was absolutely outstanding and provided the most amazing customer service. I was hesitant to order a ring online especially while in Australia, however Molly was quick to respond and made the whole process so easy. Absolutely in love with my ring and it arrived so quickly.

Its not a very often you look into engagement and the service I was given here was absolutely excellent. I was served by a consultant of the team named Gail, and she was so passionate about what she does , always ready to help in many ways, very reliable and it felt like she walked this step out in my shoes to make it the best experience it could be. Extremely high quality service, and a genuinely lovely person too, with a genuine interest in the customer. This process didn't feel like any sort of business transaction at all, and I'm so grateful to have had the process explained well all the way with so much transparency. The ring is EPIC. When my girlfriend (now fiance!!) told me she wanted something a bit more unique than a diamond, I had a really hard time finding the ideal stone & ring. I then found Nolan and Vada and was able to put together the perfect ring for her. I was skeptical purchasing a ring from overseas but after reading reviews I was confident about purchasing from them! My experience working with Camille was awesome and she made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I definitely recommend Camille and everyone at Nolan and Vada. Enough good things cannot be said about our experience with Nolan and Vada! I worked with Cyril to bring my fiancées vision to life based on the inspiration pictures that she gave me. Cyril did an excellent job answering all of my questions about the entire customization process. She took note of everything I wanted in a sapphire and the side stones, from color, to size, and even down to specific proportions and ratios. Even though supply was limited at the time due to COVID, Cyril went above and beyond finding sapphires and side stones for me to pick from. Once we decided on an absolutely gorgeous royal blue sapphire, Cyril provided me with design mockups every step of the way, and accommodated any adjustments I wanted to make. She provided her absolute honest feedback on everything every step of the way and provided me with additional pictures and videos of the stones when asked. It was incredibly reassuring to see the level of transparency Cyril had with us through the entire process - you can tell they take great care in the details and want to provide every client with the ring of their dreams, rather than trying to upsell something. Cyril kept me updated through the design and manufacturing process through emails and video calls. Once everything was finalized, the ring arrived from New Zealand to Pennsylvania in only a few days! I have to admit that initially I was a bit hesitant to have such an important and meaningful piece of jewelry created 100% virtually, but after experiencing the entire process and seeing the finished ring in person, I cannot recommend Nolan and Vada enough! Samantha did an amazing job producing my chosen ring and I can't thank her enough for all her help in answering all my questions (there were many), helping me make decisions and offering professional and reassuring advice as well as the design mock-ups and photos along the way. Updated Review: I got engaged in September of 2018 and loved my engagement ring from Nolan and Vada. I had such a great experience I wanted them to make my custom wedding band set too! Again, I worked closely with Bharat to create the perfect wedding band and crown ring. He went above and beyond to make sure my rings were perfect and just as I wanted. I get so many compliments on how unique my set is and how much people love it. An engagement ring and wedding band should definitely reflect your style and personality. Highly recommend them for an amazing customer experience. 2018. I wanted something completely unique for my engagement ring and I am so glad I found Nolan and Vada. Their customer service is amazing and I worked closely with Bharat to design a custom teal sapphire ring. He was so knowledgeable in answering all my questions and knew so much about ring settings and gemstones. He was quick to respond to my emails and eased my fears and any concerns of ordering something so important from an online website. My boyfriend received the ring and it was absolutely gorgeous. I realize the company itself is fairly new to the business, but I would definitely recommend Nolan and Vada in a heartbeat. You can tell their jewelers and team have a lot of experience. This is how you would expect the process of designing and ordering an engagement ring to be; exciting, easy, and smooth. The details, craftsmanship, and quality in the ring look beautiful. Nolan and Vada made finding and purchasing a ring extremely easy and Cyril was an absolute pleasure to have assisting us through the journey of picking and designing the ring. Cyril was quick to respond to my (many) email’s and she was very patient and understanding. She included detailed pictures and videos of all the blue sapphires that I had seen on the website, along with the specifications and price breakdown. After purchasing the ring and specifying the date the ring was needed by, the ring had arrived sooner than expected! Needless to say, my fiancé loves her ring!

I bought a ring from Nolan and Vada, had it delivered (relatively) on-time after discovering the stone I bought was in another ring, and the ring was perfect. I felt as if it perfectly fit my girlfriend's (now fiancé) character, and she absolutely loved it. Said everything from the stone size to the ring shape, and even the way they came together was all perfect. It was a job well done, and I fully recommend buying your engagement ring here, whether or not you live in New Zealand. The only thing that could have made this more perfect was having a 3/4 option for the ring size instead of increasing by 1/2 sizes, but that is just nitpicking. Thank you for everything!! Even the wooden box was more than perfect.

The process in getting our engagement ring made from start to finish has been extremely easy. Maddie's communication which was mostly via email has been excellent. I said what exactly I was after and was given pictures of gems that were available and 3d images of the rings design so I could see what the end result would be. We were extremely happy with the rings end result.

Fantastic experience all around. The ring is gorgeous and the color of the stone is STUNNING. They sent me videos of the gem but they simply didn't do it justice, I am BEYOND happy with the result!! Camille, N&V's gem consultant, made the process so smooth and easy, she was reassuring and excited to help throughout. I couldn't have done this without her! We worked with Nolan and Vada on an engagement ring in late 2019. It's been a great experience. We selected the sapphire and had the setting custom made. Their communication was always quick and very helpful. Their approach was consistently gentle and caring. Absolutely no pushy sales pitches or upselling, as encountered elsewhere. The ring was originally cast in the wrong metal, but they picked it up and re did it before we ever received it. It is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you so much Cyril and the team.

This company and its people are so amazing, I don't know where to start. I spent months researching the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend of 5.5 years. She has very specific tastes in jewelry, and I wanted to get her something to match her unique personality. No retailer seemed to work. Too expensive, or I found a ring with the correct shape but wrong color of stone, or the correct color but wrong shape, etc. It was frustrating. Finally I stumbled upon Nolan & Vada's website during my research, and I was very impressed from the start. I noticed an option to submit my own hand-drawn sketches and design my own ring, which was a huge relief because I had such a specific vision of what I wanted. I made sure to include every detail. They sent real photos & videos of the selection of stones they had to offer, which is very important when purchasing online. I received both rough CAD sketches and realistic digital renderings of my designs, as well as the specs which listed dimensions, pricing, etc. Everything was very straightforward and clear, and they helped to ease the anxiety associated with online shopping. I communicated extensively with Bharat and Jenny-Dene throughout the entire design, planning, manufacturing, and shipping process. Being the engineer that I am, I went through 5 variations and modifications before settling on a final design, and yet they were both very patient and helpful despite how picky I must have been. They were very understanding of the financial aspect of the cost, and they also intervened on my behalf when FedEx experienced complications with my shipment. They went above & beyond to make sure I received my ring exactly how I designed it, and by the deadline I set for them. It also came in a very cool box, which I kept to display the ring, and it came with a lab certification by a gemologist. My proposal itself went smoothly, and the ring fit her perfectly! She cannot stop staring at the ring and bragging to her friends, and the fact that the ring is my own unique design makes it even more special for her. This process was over months however was so easy, they truly do everything they can to ensure everything is exactly how you would like. All communication was done via email and phone call, again seamless in efficiency. We requested for our ring to be completed in a shorter than expected time frame and the Nolan and Vada team were happy to make that happen. Nothing was ever a problem. I seen a previous customers post that wasn't local and am glad I took their positive experience to heart. The team here at Nolan & Vada (HUGE shout out to Cyril) made this experience seamless. I organised to have my now fiancé’s engagement ring made by Nolan vada and from the start it was a breeze they took the time to send me stones until we found the perfect one! And when a delay come up with getting the ring done by a certain date I advised of my plans and they made sure the ring was completed and sent to meet my plans. Samantha was great to deal with and had a strong passion for her roll which made it a great experience. These guys are brilliant get on and get buying now !

My fiance purchased my white sapphire engagement ring from Nolan and Vada and it is perfect. Unfortunately we mucked up when measuring my ring size, so I would recommend going to a local jeweler to measure your size before ordering. Having said that, Jenny-Dene made the re-sizing process as smooth as possible. My ring got stuck in NZ customs and her communication and customer service was phenomenal. She communicated with me almost daily with the progress. Thanks again Nolan and Vada. If you want a beautiful, high quality, unique ring, don't hesitate to work with them!

Wow! Where do I begin? After searching through thousands of rings in the US and having no luck, I found the PERFECT ring on the Nolan and Vada website, but only had a month before the big day. Jenny was very knowledgable about ring design, and made great recommendations about the feasibility of our custom design. They also had great communication in regards to updates at all stages. If you want a sapphire ring, this is the place to go.

I looked for a particular sapphire size/color/shape throughout every major jewelry store in Auckland as well as online stores in the U.S. and couldn’t seem to find what I was looking for. Everyone came back and told me it was near impossible. As I was beginning to give up and go back to my initial diamond search, Nolan and Vada came up as an advertisement on google, and it looked very easy and simple just to begin the inquiry process, so I gave it a shot! It was the best thing I ever did. Cyril came back quickly, and said although it was not guaranteed they would be able to source exactly what I was looking for, that they would do their best. A couple of weeks later, Cyril reached out with a beautiful sapphire that met all of my requirements. The design process was very easy, and she offered multiple options and was very patient while I was trying to decide which design I wanted. During COVID, she notified me about the timeline, and the ring was done very quickly once production started up again. My now fiancé, has had so many compliments on her ring and she is over the moon. The team at Nolan and Vada were straight forward, understanding of budgets, and I never felt pressured, which was a feeling I got from my previous visits at other jewelry shops. Sapphires are such a special gemstone, and I was so happy to work with a company who truly understood them. Kevin and I went to Nolan and Vada together to design our engagement ring! Picking the right sapphire was tough but they were very patient providing quotes for about 4 of them. We decide to go with a peach sapphire in rose gold with diamonds in the band. When we reviewed the mock ring design, I was so excited and the final ring was even more amazing! As I’m located in the US, they were quick to respond and provide detailed pictures and videos of the rings along with the specifications and price breakdown. Throughout the whole experience N&V were amazing. The first consultation was easy, informative and ideas I put forward for design were recorded and later incorporated into the perfect custom engagement ring. Bharat and Cyril were knowledgable about their own product, but also informative about the other options, not pushing their own product, but letting it speak for itself, the alternatives did not compare, N&V was the clear choice. I was kept informed throughout the design and manufacturing process and the ring was made by the deadline (even during COVID-19 lockdown) just in time for my trip away, when I asked my partner to marry me. Orded a custom engagement ring from Nolan and Vada they were very nice, worked with me to answer all my questions. I told them what I wanted and they made a computer generated design of my ring. My decision was based on selection, customer service and pricing. I couldnt find anyone who had the same quality of stones for less. I also was talking to a highly reviewed Etsy Sapphire store at the same time I started talking to Nolan and Vada, but decided to go with Nolan and Vada because the customer service was much better, the information about the stones was much more detailed and the photos and videos where quickly done and of better quality.
