B.I ordered a custom made ring via the website. After selecting the ring design, I was able to select the stones and engraving easily online. The process was simple and Jason was prompt at replying to any questions I had. The process took 3 weeks from ordering to getting the ring on my wifes finger.
My wife now has a beautiful ring engraved with our childrens names and stones representative of each of them. We are very pleased with the result and will be going back to NZ Jewellers for the next Jewellery purchase.
C.Jason is absolutely fantastic to deal with. We purchased both of our wedding bands, my engagement ring and even upgraded my engagement ring at NZ Jewellers. Jason was super patient with us (I was very indecisive lol) and really helpful. We just received our rings and we are absolutely over the moon with how they look! We recommend using NZ Jewellers if you’re looking to purchase your jewellery :)

J.Lovely staff and shop! I went in to ask about my engagement ring stone moving slightly and the jeweller was very helpful. He didn't try to get me to spend any money or do anything unnessacary - instead offered great advice, confirmed he didn't think it was an issue yet and just to come back if it got any worse. I really liked his frank honesty, will definitely be back if/when needed.

D.Highly recommended!!! Superb services and quality products. I am very skeptical when it comes to jewellery or products I pay lots of money for... The lady who served us was very knowledgeable and honest, and she was so warm and professional. The first time I did not buy anything but they were still very friendly and non-pushy at all, giving me some very good advice and even suggested to me to shop around other stores... so genuine and friendly, what New Zealand should be, hard to find people like them these days. Then I went back to fix our wedding rings and they rang me to pick them up 2 days before the agreed date, so efficient. They really go out of their way for their customers. And Jason, the owner I think, is very trustworthy and approachable, most patient and friendliest customer service I have experienced in years. You want to go there; they listen to you and understand you, and you know they will do the best job for you.

I came to NZ Jewellers for a customised engagement ring, and Jason made it a super easy process; from answering all my questions around design and stones, to offering helpful advice. My fiancée and I went back again to buy our wedding bands, and again we experienced awesome and friendly service and a set of rings that fit our budget. I'd highly recommend Jason and NZ Jewellers!

I.EXCELLENT! My wife and I bought our wedding rings from here and both were engraved with the date of our wedding on the inside, more to remind me when our wedding was for the future :) Excellent quality rings with Excellent engraving! Staff are very friendly and willing to help and guide you through the process. Would highly recommend!
D.This is the best Jewellers ever... They always do a great job on repairing my jewellery in a timely and professional manner. Last time I went to several jewellers to get my aunties earrings fixed which were over 30 years old. All the jewellers I went to said they couldn't be fixed and pushed me to sell them as gold... this was really disappointing to me as the earrings are sentimental. I took them to NZ Jewellers, not a problem to fix them and they did a fantastic job - thank you so much from a very happy customer:)
A.My partner and I stopped by NZ Jewelers and bought ourselves a pair of wedding bands. We stopped by a few other places first since I already knew I liked what NZJ had to offer. After a decent look around I found that most other shops didn't have a wide range of styles for men's bands and several were unwilling to customize the width.
To make a long story short . . . We went into NZ Jewellers with two rings in mind that we thought were perfect for us and left with two rings ordered we liked much more. Very happy with the range of styles.
