I purchased a stunning sapphire engagement ring at Orsini that my fiancee and Sarah designed together. There were COVID related shipping delays while sourcing the stones but I think this is very difficult to avoid at the moment. As a complete jewellery novice i appreciated that i could rely on Sarah's expertise to guide us to our perfect ring. The first time i entered the shop Harry was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was going through the process of getting help and the ring for proposing. I had shopped around Ponsonby, Parnell, CBD ways and found Orsini to be the easiest to go inside and share what I am planning to do. Sarah was knowledgeable and was able to explain to about design, size, time frames, quality, price and sound advice. I had my Pomellato engagement ring resized at Orsini and I couldn’t be happier with the result. So very glad that Sarah accepted this job, despite Auckland being in lockdown and the ring needing to travel from Nelson and back. Orsini is itself a diamond - Sarah takes incredible pride in the quality, originality, fashion, and art of her store and the lines she carries. Even under lockdown she was able to help me select and size perfect pieces. I would not shop for jewelry anywhere else.

I love my engagement ring! It was fully designed by Sarah and made in NZ. The Orsini team was also very helpful guiding us to find the perfect wedding bands. Sarah recently helped me redesign an eternity ring I was given that didn’t fit my finger but was sentimental. She helped me chose a design which suited my finger, was practical for my lifestyle and suited other jewellery I had. The result exceeded my expectations. Its a magnificent ring. Orsini crafted the beginning of my future with the love of my life. It was the first stepping stone to our journey together. Sarah did an exquisite job designing my engagement ring with my husband, I absolutely love my ring especially and mini diamond inside the rim of the ring, it’s such a wonderful touch.
