I have to say, the staff in this store are so friendly and welcoming, I was dealing with Sabrina. I was greeted at the door by Sabrina who welcomed me into store and within minutes we struck up a lasting relationship. Customer service was just amazing, The lovely Sabrina took great care of us and listened attentively to what we wanted to purchase. Sabrina's service was first class and made the whole experience a memorable one . A very nice and welcoming touch.... With her knowledge and expertise in her field we soon found a watch I could proudly take home that day. Looking forward to my next purchase. Thanks again and hopefully see you very soon.

My partner and I were seeking for wedding bands before our wedding, and we were serving by a lovely and adorable lady who named Roxie. She was full of passion when she was serving us, which introduced various style of wedding bands to my partner and I. She always has a smile face to us. And she asked us to use sanitizer to sanitized our hands before entry into the shop, which shows us the jewelry shop cares about the health and safety for customers and employees. We found our wedding bands from Roxie’s assist. If you are looking for jewelry, you can go to this jewelry store and ask Roxie to assist you.

Love visiting the store always. Staff is awesome and very friendly doesn’t matter if you are buying something or just having a look around. Sam P has been always very helpful and patient with me as I am quite picky about things and take a little while to make my mind before buying anything. Exceptional customer service !

Great selection of luxury watches on display. Was very well looked after in store by staff members. Just a tip, never assume your customers are students just because they look younger and are dressed in casual attire. Not everyone likes to wear a 3 piece suit to shop.

They have a selection of very beautiful rings/engagement rings - which are of the best quality. There is no pressure from the sales staff which is what I like - they don't try to sell you anything that is not already included with purchases from their store. The after care service is great. I had a couple of minor issues with my ring and they were resolved without any additional cost. I also pop by regularly to get my jewelry cleaned

The moment we walked into the store, we knew we would enjoy our time and be looked after well while searching for our perfect wedding rings. Lily was absolutely fantastic: she made us feel comfortable and relaxed about the whole affair, took time to understand our preferences and really followed through with the pieces she showed us. She connected with us inside out to make sure we were getting the perfect rings. I highly recommend Lily!!

Great service, the collection of watch brands and diamonds are probably one of the most complete. Staff have great knowledge and understanding of watches and diamonds to your needs. Bought a few times from these friendly and professional staff would reccomended going in. The owner is super friendly and down to earth and had the patience to talk about watches with me. Was wanting a Patek nautilus range but staff kindly notified me with that the situation is same around the world now. For those who complain thinking you can walk in and buy a hot model Patek or Rolex without building a relationship with these guys, you probably lack the understanding of how people build relationship and how simple supply and demand works.

Amazing service. I higly recommend for any jewlery you value. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price and stand by their service. New Market amazing and also Glenn at Queen street is amazing to work with.

By far the friendliest and most hospitable AD of Patek Philippe I've come across. Mr Oscar Chou and I had a great conversation on some important pieces of haute holorogie and took down my reservation. Would readily recommend them to anyone looking for great service and retailers who know their watches.
