This spectacular ring has been crafted for me from my late Mums engagement and wedding rings . Thanks to Lori and Alex from Silverstone jewellery for their design ,craftsmanship , Caring and advice . I couldn’t be happier and absolutely adore my ring that reminds me of Mum everyday .

I bought a turquoise ring from SilverStone yesterday and it's on my hand today. The service from Lori and the SilverStone team was outstanding. I spoke to Lori before ordering and we worked out what size the ring would need to be, she had it resized and got it on the courier immediately. I can't speak highly enough of how smoothly this transaction went. (Transaction is such a bland word for it - you can tell the Lori loves what she does so it's so much more than a transaction!)

Very happy with the job they did resizing an 18ct gold ring for me. The ring was too large but fits perfectly now. They also gave it a polish so it's looking great! Quick turnaround time and they made it easy to do a contactless drop off and pick up. Thanks so much! I would definitely recommend :)

I have bought several Stirling silver rings from Silverstone and they are well made and lasting. So when my engagement ring mounting snapped for the second time, I sent it and another to be blended, off for redesigning to Lori and Alex. They sent some design options and I selected one and received a most beautiful, elegant redesigned ring within a couple of weeks. I was kept well informed as to the progress, Delivery was prompt and my new ring certainly has a wow factor about it. I absolutely recommend them and will continue to purchase their amazing unique jewellery with confidence!!!

I've bought many beautiful silver pieces from here through the years but my last purchase was Alex's craftmanship! He rendered my design into reality using rings and other gold jewellery that my mum had given me in my youth, as well as two rings belonging to my Nana that I was never able to wear. Now they will always be with me.

Had my white gold engagement and wedding rings rhodium plated. They are 47 years old and were looking really shabby and worn. They now look amazing...like new! Very friendly and quick efficient contactless service.

Often when you look at something online there's clever lighting and trickery to make the product look better. Today I received a special gift for a little person and it is FAR better in real life than it looks in the pictures (And the pictures are pretty awesome!) Excellent service! After trying to contact via email, I sent a message via Messenger. Seems my emails were delayed getting through. Lori contacted me and promptly arranged for my order to be delivered. It was a gift so I was able to send it with a birthday message. She even sent a photo of the beautifully gift wrapped package.

I have just received my wedding and engagement ring back from Silverstone after choosing them based off online reviews as i am a couple of hours away from them. I could not be happier. The process was simple, the customer service by Lori was outstanding and my rings came back looking amazing and a perfect size. I am so incredibly happy!

My husband had a large gold ring from his late mother, which Alex melted down for us and created 2 wedding bands. He was so patient with us with our decision making. He had to add a little bit of extra gold at a small cost. Rings were beautiful, so special.

The whole experience with Lori to purchase a pair of lovely amethyst earring - and then I spotted a stunning ring - was seamless. So helpful and patient, delivery was extremely prompt and personalised, the workmanship of both items is superb - all in all a pleasurable undertaking. Requested same day resizing (down one size) on a white gold band, service completed less than two hours after dropping the ring off. Alex was very careful to ensure we had a size that would work before commencing any work, and was also kind enough to demonstrate that the other ring we wanted resized was actually a good fit. We were impressed by this as he could have easily taken us for the extra work and cash. The work is excellent -- can't tell it was ever adjusted. Very pleased with this service and highly recommend to anyone. Quick turnaround, friendly and honest service, excellent resizing job and all at a reasonable price.

Lori and Alex are amazing! I had a panic to get my rings resized the week of our wedding - they were so lovely and accommodating! Resized a ring here, was first a little nervous that it was too tight, but turned out it was perfect and I'm just not used to wearing rings. Alex was very nice and I definitely felt safe leaving my ring to him. Highly recommend!

Sent two silver rings up to Lori and Alex to get resized. They were great to deal with and the rings are beautiful. Was concern sbout resizing one due to the setting, but they took great care of the rings and they both fit perfectly. Would highly recommend them!

Beautiful jewellery! I just feel amazing when I wear my SilverStone jewellery pieces. I have a number of pieces and love them all. My 10 year old daughter also loves the jewellery and is so excited that now she has had her ears pierced she can buy earrings. The SilverStone pieces are so unique and the quality is outstanding. I can’t recommend Silverstone Jewellery enough. Lori was so helpful over email with my initial enquiries. My engagement ring is an odd shape so I had to get a wedding band specially made to fit around it as a normal band wouldn’t sit properly. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. From my first call enquiring about a ring resizing, Alex at SilverStone seemed very knowledgeable and amenable. He was the only jeweller I could find in Auckland who offered a 'same day' turn around, so I checked out his Google reviews and decided to trust him with resizing the engagement ring I had purchased. I arrived at Alex's house with his jewellery workshop out the front and then left the ring with him while I went for a coffee at a nearby cafe. Within a couple of hours Alex rang me back to let me know that the resizing was complete. His prices were extremely reasonable and turn around time was excellent. I could not fault the quality of his work and proposed to my partner with the ring that evening. My now fiancé and I are extremely happy with the results of SilverStone Jewellery's work and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a ring resized.

Wow! and more wow! I've known Lori and Alex for a fair few years now, having bought a range of beautiful jewellery items at markets and events that Lori has displayed at. Everything I've got is always positively commented on - I'm surprised there is any stock left with the amount I've got, plus people I know have also purchased. Of particular delight, we commissioned Alex to make my engagement ring and wedding ring, and my husband's wedding ring. They are stunning - one of a kind and very special knowing the people who made them too. Alex listened carefully to what we were after, offered several clever suggestions as to the materials to use so that we didn't need to have ongoing maintenance (which you have with white gold, my original thought), and the end jewellery items are stunning. Silverstone make such lovely jewellery - I've got a few pieces and everyone always comments when I wear them. My favourite piece is one Alex designed especially. It's utterly gorgeous. They're a great company to work with: always helpful, friendly and welcoming.

My Husband was looking for a Ruby ring for me for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. His problem was I am not really into the usual 'dressy type' rings so he was lucky he came across Silver Stone and found the perfect ring for me - a silver ring set with a Ruby but also had a sapphire which is my birth stone. He dealt with Lori who he said was a real help and having it re-sized was no problem. So big thanks to Silver Stone!
