I spoke to Lori before ordering and we worked out what size the ring would need to be, she had it resized and got it on the courier immediately. I can't speak highly enough of how smoothly this transaction went. (Transaction is such a bland word for it - you can tell the Lori loves what she does so it's so much more than a transaction!)

Requested same day resizing (down one size) on a white gold band, service completed less than two hours after dropping the ring off. Alex was very careful to ensure we had a size that would work before commencing any work, and was also kind enough to demonstrate that the other ring we wanted resized was actually a good fit. We were impressed by this as he could have easily taken us for the extra work and cash. The work is excellent -- can't tell it was ever adjusted. Very pleased with this service and highly recommend to anyone. Quick turnaround, friendly and honest service, excellent resizing job and all at a reasonable price.

From my first call enquiring about a ring resizing, Alex at SilverStone seemed very knowledgeable and amenable. He was the only jeweller I could find in Auckland who offered a 'same day' turn around, so I checked out his Google reviews and decided to trust him with resizing the engagement ring I had purchased. I arrived at Alex's house with his jewellery workshop out the front and then left the ring with him while I went for a coffee at a nearby cafe. Within a couple of hours Alex rang me back to let me know that the resizing was complete. His prices were extremely reasonable and turn around time was excellent. I could not fault the quality of his work and proposed to my partner with the ring that evening. My now fiancé and I are extremely happy with the results of SilverStone Jewellery's work and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a ring resized.

They are stunning - one of a kind and very special knowing the people who made them too. Alex listened carefully to what we were after, offered several clever suggestions as to the materials to use so that we didn't need to have ongoing maintenance (which you have with white gold, my original thought), and the end jewellery items are stunning.
