Cut off my ring for me when my finger swelled up. Refused to take my money. Brought it back and they repaired the ring within a week, for a good price. Can't see a single repair mark and fits perfectly now. Thank you!

Such an elegant, little gem tucked away in the heart of Otahuhu Town Centre. A very nice family operated business, catering for all your needs in watches, celebration keys, rings and jewelry. Great personal service and customer care is given with a smile. Stonex Jewellers is the go to for Polynesian designed 21st keys. I was indecisive about getting a key carving for my sons 21st because of the lack of cool design availability in Christchurch. I was in Auckland for the weekend and thought to Google 21st keys, and boom! I saw a polynesian design key that would suit my son, and it's a stand up one too. I dealt with Rajesh who was absolutely helpful and exceeded my service expectations. Rajesh got my sons 21st photo and the wording engraved in one day! which means I was able to fly back to Christchurch with my sons 21st key 2 days before his birthday. I also purchased a 9ct gold bracelet and 0.5ct white gold diamond earrings, because I was super impressed with Rajesh's attentiveness and customer service experience.
