Pay a visit to duty free shop in CBD Unfortunately because Covid-19 only ground floor is opened for public. Cosmetic stalls are not fully operated Still full of customers thou Very big discount right now

Great place to shop (or even just browse). If travelling overseas, you can take advantage of the discounted prices but you can purchase if you want, just at a slightly higher price. They have a good range of known brands sure to satisfy those looking for a quality and GENUINE items. I found the staff both courteous and helpful so would not hesitate recommending Galleria.

The customer service at DFS Auckland CBD is exceptional -- they are very friendly and accommodating! Not to mention, very patient. The staff are highly knowledgeable on the products in their department, and provide a great shopping experience. I always take my Mum here. Particularly, shopping with Rosa at the Clinique counter and the men in your watches department is the highlight of my trips there. Rosa is so awesome, she has helped my Mum grow in confidence with her make-up abilities and helped her improve her skin. They give great tailored advice and service! They also offer to resize your watch without a fee. The lady at Bottega Venetta also polished a handbag purchase for me. It is small gestures like this that make the difference. Patrick (Burberry) and Henny (Tom Ford) are also lovely.

I visited DFS last weekend for the first time. The building was so attractive and tidy, boasting a big range of products. Thank you to the extremely friendly Nicole, who recommended suggestions for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. I didn’t purchase anything that day but I will absolutely come back to shop here soon. Did not know the store offered normal retail in addition to duty free. Thanks again Nicole

Great option to shop before you fly without the time limit of a flight in 3 hours. They have a wide selection of brands. But if you want something specific you might need to go elsewhere. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful, but the male staff around the watches and glasses feel more like security than there to assist you. The upper level is currently closed and some stores have nothing currently on display or there is no staff to assist you.

Beautiful place to shop Ididnt know there is a gucci boutique in the galleria visited them during the weekend they are very welcoming if you dont like waiting in a line and be served by not so friendly sales assistant at Gucci queen street go to the galleria .Emma helped me picking a belt she was super friendly and instantly made me feel comfortable. totally recommend.
