Very thankful that Colin was able to re-size a family heirloom ring for me! I was told by two other jewellers that it wouldn’t be possible due to the size change and stone setting, however, Colin was confident he was able to do it for me. He was able to do it right away and I went home with the ring an hour later. Very pleased with the end result. Also, thank you to Melissa for being welcoming and for the great customer service.

Sorry for the late review...I just want to praise Jemma at the Diamond Shop for her amazing service in helping designing my perfect engagement ring. When my fiancee and I went there I wasn't sure what I wanted and found the process a bit daunting with all the different options. Jemma was so patient and gave such amazing tips and suggestions and explained everything. Once we decided on a style the process was smooth and quick. I got my ring in 8weeks and that was with two snap lockdowns in between. It was also time sensitive as we were moving back to Ireland but wanted the ring in the country of proposal. I had a very specific set of requirements for an engagement ring in mind, and the team sat down with me and took all of my feedback on board, before going away and creating the most stunning ring I have seen. It was beautiful and it suited my (now) fiancee perfectly - all because they took the time to listen and get to know what we wanted. Absolutely excellent service and communication, and as expected, a stunning piece came from the time invested in getting to know what we were after. Will definitely be returning for our wedding bands and I'm sure future jewellery purchases along the way!

Best shop to go to for an engagement ring! Thank you Jemma for being such an awesome person and helping me find the perfect Diamond for my fiancées engagement ring. I came in with an idea and came out with the perfect ring. Jemma is lovely and very friendly! she went through everything step by step and also taught me a lot about diamonds. After the proposal Jemma was able to sort out a resizing for us on Christmas eve just in time to show it off to the family. How awesome is that service! I would highly recommend The Diamond Shop over other jewellers as I was looking at many who just didn't offer the same quality service or craftsmanship as The Diamond Shop. My partner and I recently used The Diamond Shop for an insurance claim following the loss of the central stone of her engagement ring. The Diamond Shop were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process and communicated everything with us extremely well. They went the extra mile in sourcing a beautiful replacement diamond as well as manufacturing a beautiful new setting for it. Nicola was absolutely amazing in helping me find an engagement ring for my partner. Like most people looking for an engagement ring (guys esp), I was pretty lost when I walked into her shop. She was patient in educating me on what was important, what to look for and how to choose the right diamond. She was quick to respond to my (numerous) queries, and gave good advice when I was evidently clueless on how to proceed.
