C.The customer service was just second to none. Every step of the way was prompt and all my questions answered. Even when there were hiccups these were dealt with professionally and everyone was up front. I couldn't be happier with my ring, I wear it every day and because the process was so easy and pleasant I enjoy wearing my ring even more!
V.Village Goldsmiths staff were really friendly, easy to work with and the ring turned out as I wanted, it even looked better in person, price was reasonable too. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get a customized ring for their special person.
R.Fast, effective communication. Lot of options and possible customisations. The Wellington shop even sent me to consult someone in Auckland (Georgina) as well as I was unable to travel back to Wellington. COVID lockdown meant I couldnt go and pick up the ring so they couriered it to me within 2 days. Highly recommended!
