I visit this place with my friend on Saturday to buy wedding rings. The store was busy but we were welcomed by all staff. Vicky Zhang was very helpful, she spent nearly an hour with us, showed us different ring styles. She listened to my concerns and respected my choice. She sent me an email with all information about the rings I liked. Her customer service is outstanding.

Given longstanding and unpredictable evolving covid restrictions, we decided to find a semi-suitable window for me to fly back to New Zealand and get married. We had a lot to organise in just under a month, one of which was to have a matching couple ring for the upcoming wedding. We visited several jewellery stores but struggled to find a store that offered matching couple rings, let alone ones that we felt connected to. Upon visiting the Britomart Tiffany store, we were immediately greeted by Vivian who spent several hours with us, patiently introducing various rings before we stumbled across the perfect T collection couple ring. Vivian was a pleasure to speak to; she was full of energy and gave genuine advice that was thoughtful and considered. Once we placed our order, Vivian was in regular contact with us all throughout and she went above and beyond to make it happen for our special day. We are so grateful for Vivian’s assistance and would recommend her to anyone coming into Tiffany to find the perfect gift.

Very helpful staff Alfie - I walked in enquire about a watch, although it’s out of stock and I have to leave the shop urgently, she ran out and got my contact so can update me once stock is back. Her service go extra miles- I will definitely buy from her in future. Thank you!

I purchased a surprise Xmas gift for my husband. Chloe Li assisted me with the whole process - and I can’t recommend her enough!!! I wanted my husband to collect his surprise- Chloe was very patient with our ever changing schedule, played her part really well to keep my hubby in the dark until the moment of truth… the bubbles were a lovely touch too! Thank you Chloe for making my purchase a very memorable experience. If you ever visit the Auckland store - ask for Chloe Li and you will not be disappointed.

My fiancé and I have been very pleased with the service from Chloe and Teddy. We visited them 4 times and yet they were always accommodating and very professional. Thank you for helping us choose the right wedding bands! :D

I found it interesting how the staff pass you off to different staff without talking to you. I got my gold Tiffany's necklace engraved and they did it very quickly and they lady was lovely who talked me through the different options. The store is just gorgeous.

Great place to look for diamond. Diamond 1 crt, it’s so beautiful! Classic building design adding an elegant vibrance. Strategic location in city center, Britomart area, plenty of public transport available here, but if you drive it will be hard to look for roadside parking. Friendly & great service. They also have branch in T Galleria, the duty free shop nearby. If you are a tourist, like myself, you can get a 15% discount for the tax deduction, feel free to contact the store for further information.

Thank you Hao great service and hopping to bring back my love for Tiffany very warm accomodating in all the designer or luxury brands around if you think about it it all comes down if you Client Advisor takes care of you or not I am a Cartier and Van cleef lover moving in Auckland from Singapore it was sad to not have my favourite brands and missing my SAs Haoade a good impression no judgement on how you look just pure hospitality and I don't mind spendy money on that Tiffany has been my college days fave I might start loving it again Thank you Hao and hope my husband will speak to you soon

Great service and friendly staff! My necklace turned black after being at the sulphur springs, when I brought my necklace in they were so professional, efficient and friendly, nothing was a problem for them. I left the necklace over night and received a text when it was ready for pick up. The lady who retrieved it for me was very nice and packed it for me free of charge. Even the security was nice! Very impressed with the store all round.

Our salesperson Laura was fantastic. We arrived fairly late on a Saturday and she still made us feel welcome and special for buying there. Will definitely return (my wife loves this place!). And return we have, a few times now. Friendly, professional service every time. Also purchased a gift for our niece in Melbourne. Handled efficiently, and delivered before the due date! A truly great and pleasant transaction done mostly electronically, however top notch service from the sales person (Caroline) I dealt with, prompt (next day) delivery, and professionally packaged.

I have been to this store twice now, and on both occasions had a wonderful experience. The first time was last year with some friends. From the outset the staff were incredibly welcoming, we felt like royalty and I was not spending thousands. Whilst I looked for a modest sterling silver piece for my daughter my husband and friends were seated and served tea and coffee. The second time was this year when my daughter and I had an appointment for her to try her engagement ring she'd had shipped over from Australia. We were given a glass of champagne and again made to feel most welcome. I love this store, the lovely staff and great products which uphold a wonderful brand!

A beautiful store, a genuine welcome from the man on the door and attentive & respectful staff who seemed to judge exactly how much personal interaction I like & expect when shopping a lux brand. As you would expect, the product range is wide and caters to most budgets - a welcome slice of New York in a part of Auckland that sits comfortably within walking distance to Louis Vuitton, Gucci and other lux/mid lux brands.

The Korean staff was a great help to get my diamond ring. She provided me with ample information and options very patiently.

I recently bought an engagement ring from Tiffany & Co for my partner. Liz helped me to look up the suitable ring and transfer it from Europe. It was so hard to find a diamond that match my birthday within the budget and satisfying all of our requirements,and she did it. My partner & I were so happy about it. We have been to the shore to talk in person for many times and I also asked a lot of questions after hours(being so annoying). She was being patient all the time. Lizzzzzz u r amazing!!!
