It was our first time purchasing from Walker and Hall. The service we received from Krish was amazing! She went above and beyond in gathering all the rings we were wanting to look at and messaging us to let us know it was in store. She was patient and made purchasing our engagement ring so easy. We took our time and we were so happy with the ring we chose. So happy and pleased with the service. Will definitely recommend to others!

Well W&H is my favorite brand when buying jewelry and Krish at Manukau has excellent customer service. Thank you so much for your phone calls and text messages for letting us know when you get the stuff we are after is available in your store. Now even my mum is a big fan of W&H. I had the best jewellery shopping experience at Walker and Hall Manukau with Aarika. My partner and I came in to look for engagement rings and left very happy with a ring on order. Possibly the best customer service I have every had. They regularly phoned me to keep me informed on my order and when in store bent over backwards to make me comfortable and to provide exemplary service. I was blown away by their professionalism. I will definitely use their services again.
