K.Fabulous customer service. I went in there to look at something I was thinking of buying online. Ran helped me not only try it on but gave me really helpful opinions without the pressure. In the end I bought something different than the original thing (and bought right then and there) and left with a really big smile. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time and am thrilled with the quality of what I bought too. Nice atmosphere in a busy mall but it was the people in there who made it.

A.This review is long overdue. Store has extensively great collection and friendly staffs but I am very much impressed with Daisy who assisted me online. I got exactly what I wanted. I am super happy with how smooth and easy the transaction was - from ordering, to fitting and checking in this branch and picking up at the airport.

G.Definitely the best ring store in the Albany mall, for value, styles, and diamonds. Staff was friendly and of course very insistent on not letting you leave without a sale haha. But in all honesty, I didn't find the ring style that ring spoke to me and eventually found it in a different W&H store.
