I dropped off my ring to their convenient central city location, and again received great and friendly service from Sandy. Two short days later, I had my ring back, looking perfect and beautiful! S.Love, love, love these guys! We ended up having them make all of my wedding jewellery (engagement ring from existing family rings, then a matching wedding band plus some earrings.) These guys are so good - I'm hopeless at deciding what I want, so I would literally show them a random picture off the internet and tell them I want something 'kind of like that but a bit different' - and they would use my terrible describing to make something I loved! Cannot recommend them highly enough, and I'm fairly certain we will be coming back for our first wedding anniversary ;) Thanks heaps team!

S.Jason was excellent to liase with and had my order made to size and couriered down to Ashburton within 48hours! By mistake I had made an error with the size of my daughters signet ring. He was fantastic at getting the ring back and resized again, and delivered to me straight away. For what could have taken 2 weeks, took him 3 days. Exceptional service which I cannot fault! will definitely be back again!!!!Thanks Jason!!!
J.These guys are the best in every way. We spent a day looking at wedding rings in jewellers around Christchurch, and when we visited Canterbury Jewellers we knew they were the ones to go for. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional and knew exactly what we wanted. We had a couple of worries about the design but they reassured us straight away without going into too much technical detail. A day after collecting the rings we noticed one had a minor crack when they had resized it (they had done it quickly s we needed to get north), called them up about fixing it and they made a new one and couriered it to us overnight - absolutely incredible service. We cannot recommend them highly enough, these guys are the best - and were by far the best value too!
