J.So imagine this!!!....
You have just came back from Queenstown for a quick holiday before you start working for the summer. You are pumped for time and have to drive from Christchurch allllllllll the way back to Tauranga for a job you start in 2 days. You already have a long drive ahead of you, on top of all the flat cleaning you have to do and saying goodbye to family and friends. And then you realise your two pairs of sunglasses are broken.
Boy is there a service for you.
I searched and called a few places where I can get my sunglasses repaired and most people said a couple of weeks.
Then I called Dr. Specs Glasses Repair.
They said come in and we will have a look for you. I arrive at this location which turned out to be 4 minutes away from my house and entered the building. I forgot a mask and with COVID and everything you would normally get told to go and get a mask. At Dr. Specs there’s some awaiting your disposable.
Then I go up to the counter and there’s 3 employees there hard at work. Within 20 seconds I get asked if I’ve been seen to, I reply “Not yet” and the employee said what I can do for you. I showed them my broken sunglasses that look like they have been run over by a truck and then he says “won’t be a second”.
He took my glasses and repaired both within 8 minutes.
Best service of my life.
Not only did he fix my glasses to a premium level, but he also didn’t charge me for one of my glasses because apparently all that needed done was adjusts and tightening some screws. My other pair of sunglasses were fixed with new nose guards put on and they came and adjusted them to accompany my face. After this efficient service and great customer service I got charged a total of $15.00 which blew my head right off.
Dr. Specs you made a poor and time-stretched university student exceptionally happy. I can’t wait to break some of my glasses so I have the opportunity to come back to your amazing operation!
