Got great service at Riccarton. The staff were very friendly and helpful even when it was busy. Got the perfect present.

Lovely jewellery and my wife was particularly happy that day as she received a Valentine's gift this year. She chose a silvery bangle with six colourful gemstone. She chose the six colour to reflect six thinking hats when she wanted to resolve a problem at work. In a way, it was a practical choice and not just the beauty of the gemstone. This shop really being value to her customers. Job well done, awesome.

Amazing team and service on the Thursday night shift. It was unfortunate to only have two staff members on who both where with customers. Myself and two other groups where greeted on arrival but couldn't get served for a good five minutes. The other customers where left waiting until I had been served and left the store. Perhaps a third team member for late nights? This is not the first time we have been left standing around waiting. It's a shame to have gone through this again when the staff are so fantastic. Doesn't reflect the store. Hopefully some change going forward into the Christmas period!
