A.Took my Pandora bracelet and charms to northlands store as some of them had a chemical reaction and had discoloured. Nikki and the trainee (sorry I don’t recall your name) were really helpful and cleaned them back to normal. Great friendly service. Thank you 🙂

L.I don't usually leave reviews either, but yesterday when I called into the shop to pick up bracelets that had been cleaned, and to buy a new charm, I found both senior staff rude, condescending and unfriendly. Did I look like a thief? Thanks Bex (trainee) you were lovely

E.My friends and I went into this Pandora to just have a look until we all decided we wanted to get some matching rings. A really lovely employee, Nicole helped us out. Because the 5 of us have such different tastes it was difficult for us to choose. Nicole was extremely patient with us and she was funny, easy to talk to and extremely helpful. We were in the store for about an hour and a half trying on different styles and rings and not once did Nicole make us feel like we were being a hassle. She was amazing. Best customer service I have ever had, we all agreed on that. All five of us bought rings, one of us even bought two. Plus the 2 free charms that we got as per the deal they had at that time. Loved Nicole. Will be going back to her and that Pandora whenever we need more jewlery :)

The store didn't have the item I wanted in stock and kindly arranged for one to be delivered to me for free. My parcel arrived in less than 24 hours even though I was given a time-frame of 1.5 weeks! 💫
