N.I ordered a custom name necklace as gift ahead of Christmas. The necklace was in my mother tongue (Tamil). The communication and reassurance I had about whether or not what I envisioned was achievable, was excellent! I was very nervous, but I was reassured by the prompt and effective communication. The end result (being the necklace) was stunning! I was pleased to incorporate my cultural heritage and buy locally in NZ for this lovely gift for my sister. Very pleased! Would highly recommend!!!
