I was so excited to receive a True Impressions necklace for my birthday last year, especially knowing it was supporting local! In January, the disc with my initial unfortunately fell off and I was devastated. I contacted Tamlyn straight away, and she offered to repair it for me with a stronger jump ring! She sent me a return label and everything was sorted so quickly. Unfortunately, when Tamlyn returned my repaired necklace back to me, the courier lost it, and I immediately informed Tamlyn and made a claim with NZPost. Tamlyn got in contact with NZPost too and was so helpful with finding out information of its possible whereabouts on our behalf. Unfortunately, we had no luck with the courier finding my repaired necklace, so Tamlyn offered to make me a whole new one! I received my replacement necklace yesterday, and Tamlyn even popped in a little surprise, which was so lovely! If you want to support local, definitely choose True Impressions! Tamlyn is incredible! So generous, kind, and an amazing communicator at every step of the way! Definitely the best customer service experience! You can really tell she puts so much love and time into her pieces. I am so happy with my necklace and will no doubt buy from Tamlyn again and recommend True Impressions to all of my friends! Thank you Tamlyn! :)

I love love love my piece of True Impressions jewellery! I was able to customise my piece choosing silver metal with 2 discs customised with my sons initials. Quality and craftsmanship are excellent and so many options to choose from to make you piece your own. I loved mine so much I ordered my midwife a piece as a thank you gift.
