P.I had a pleasant experience when visiting the store. I had an issue with a bracelet which was easily resolved by a wonderful staff member named Hannah. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning because of the excellent service I received.

The girls here are fantastic! Each and every staff member brings their 100% organic selves to every exchange - giving authentic service every step of the way. Regardless of whether or not your going in for a 1k ring or a $40 watch strap, their service never falters. They offer custom jewellery with their designer consultant Alicia, who can sit down with you in one of their private booths and design jewellery with you all the way down to every last detail - without blowing your budget. Plenty of stylish and affordable brands, like Pandora, Stow, Kirstin Ash, Silk & Steel, Paul Hewett, Daniel Wellington, Love in a Jewel and many more.
Recently had our engagement ring customised here, and Alicia went over and above with her service. Every little detail and change requested was considered and made with care and dedication, receiving pictures of 3d mock designs every step of the way. I have to hand it to her for being so patient, as we discussef all custom alterations via email (lockdown etc), which made it quite challenging to explain things. Nonetheless she handled it all perfectly.
Shoutout also to Grace, who left a lasting impression with her awesome and friendly service. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavours!
Will be coming back for our wedding bands when the time comes, you have our loyalty ❤️

D.While the range was good and the second assistant who served me was pleasant and helpful the first lady who served me while I was initially browsing was unpleasant. She seemed bored and uninterested and when I tried to make a joke about needing time to think she looked at me like there was something wrong with me. The Pandora product I bought was beautiful and made me feel nostalgic and willing to buy but if it was up to the staff performance I wouldn't have bothered
