A cut above the rest. Grieve Diamond Jeweller provides some of, if not the best service nationwide. I quiet often visit and use jewelers services and nothing compares to GDJ. They always deliver 100% of the time. Not once have they let me down. I currently live out of the area but regular come back to the Bay. Any repairs, purchases etc they simply know their stuff. Always looking to go above and beyond and making every interaction seem so seemless. True professions with great customer service. If your ever in need of a jeweler you'll know where to go. Lovely Emma was fabulous. I took my necklace in to be fixed and Emma initially said it would take a couple of weeks. When I asked if it could be any sooner, Emma arranged for it! (I wanted to be able to wear it on my daughter's birthday.) Really excellent service, thank you.

Went shopping with my wife for an eternity ring, spied the perfect ring and spent many minutes looking through a large range, very patient and non pushy sales assistant. Then left to look around four other stores whose range of rings was disappointing compared to Grieve's. Very bright and modern store and very busy too which shows that this is a popular jewelry store. This was our first visit. Very impressed.
