I ordered a ring in early February, hoping to collect it in July when I was due to be traveling to NZ. Due to Covid-19 my trip was put in doubt, but during that time the communication from The Gold Room was fantastic and they showed great patience as I waited to see if my trip was going ahead. Unfortunately, I did need to cancel, and I ended up receiving the ring by post early July. The quality is top notch and the ring looks amazing - even better than the online photo. I needed the ring resized and the fit is perfect. Thank you to all involved.

I was asked by a friend in the UK to try and replace a lost earring. Bought in Queenstown at least ten years ago. A visit to Queenstown proved fruitless. I rang the Gold Room in Hokitika and spoke to Karen. She listened to my problem, and offered helpful advice. We exchanged photos, got approval from UK friend and the problem was solved very quickly. Great shop and so reasonably priced. Got a silver bracelet you would see at a jewellers for about $100 plus for $53. Just love it!
