Amazing customer service. showed me matching jewellery pieces and what would look good with different pieces. recommended me perfect pieces for someones birthday. Loved meeting these two ladies that showed me around and gave me the best suggestions. Lovely experience.

Always love Pandora and its collection. Came here for Game of thrones collection and got what I wanted. I have to wait until the staff serve those coming earlier. It was a busy weekend and they only have 2 staff available. Yet they are very friendly, chatty and helpful. The store is beautifully arranged. Displays are clear and appealing. The store is spacious enough so it should not be problematic for those using wheelchairs. Happy to be back here soon

On the 29th of January I was served by Maxine. Wow. You guys are so lucky to have such an amazing staff member. This was by far the best service I have experienced in a store in my 27 years. I was buying an engagement ring for my partner and her energy and help went above and beyond. She was absolutely excellent, though words can't do it justice. I was absolutely blown away by her. Thanks for making my experience one to remember, and actually really fun too. You're bloody awesome Maxine, thank you for everything. It really meant a lot.

I came in on Friday the 19th. The girls there all warmly welcomed me. English isn’t my first language, so I was hesitant to ask for help, but the ladies there didn’t hesitate to offer their assistance and provide good service. I’m so thankful to them, they made my day. I’ll definitely be back

I went to this store in Queensgate for a coouple of requests and the Pregnant Lady on this store is very nice and accommodating despite the fact that they are about to close in 30mins., she never hesitate to help me at all. She deserves a recognition. Whoever you are, I hope you’re manager see this review of mine. I really do appreciate your help. A very great customer service from you! Also, to the young lady who was lying to me saying she could not help me at all and just to comeback next Tuesday because they are closing and her manager is not there and only she can do it due to signing of papers after all my efforts of travelling there, I hope she will get more training about customer service and learned from the other lady.
