R.Had to awkwardly ask for help today after being ignored by the shop assistants for around fifteen minutes! Stuff is cute but sometimes made to feel a little unwelcome.

J.A good range of everyday handbags & price levels. The jewelry is mostly semi precious, great names & styles at good price levels. Great staff, who are well trained & knowledgeable on all goods they are selling.
V.Customer service is 2nd to none. I was trying to buy a bag and am quite fussy but the lady who served me was outstanding + very helpful, most retailers would have given up after I'd rejected her 2nd option but she made me feel welcome (even though it was 30 mins before closing on a cold rainy Friday night).
Ended up buying some earrings, and will definitely return to buy more. Such excellent service in a shop is rare these days.
