Ordered a 21st birthday present for my son from here. The staff were helpful and patient, and the ring itself turned out exactly how I wanted it to! My son was very happy and wears it everyday. Top quality service all round!

Excellent customer service from start to finish even during lockdown level 4 and 3. Katy really paid a lot of attention to detail when transforming my image to a digital image. Attention to the finer details was really important to me and she paid careful attention and implemented all the changes I wanted and produced an amazing piece of artwork. The ring looks SPECTACULAR! Over the years we have purchased a number of items from Benjamin Black, some of them custom made, and we have always been delighted with the quality of both the design and workmanship. Many years ago I crushed my wedding ring while I was wearing it and when my wife wanted to buy me something for a birthday and suggested a signet ring from Benjamin I decided it could serve as a replacement for the ring destroyed years ago, not just a signet ring. When I met with Katy to design the inscription I decided to include combined initials so while mine are NCH we had the ring laser engraved with NSH to acknowledge more 40 years together. The little bunch of grapes is a nod to my career as a wine writer. The ring is everything I could have asked for, exceptional service and workmanship yet again from these wonderful craftspeople.

I cannot recommend this Jeweler highly enough. Katy was extremely helpful in getting the ring exactly as I wanted it. The mock up she did showed me exactly what it would look like, and it was just what I wanted. I then got a photo of the finished ring, and it was beautiful. It will be arriving this week and I can't wait to get it.
