M.Today I took back a ring that I had brought earlier in the year that needed to be repaired and was delighted to hear that it would be repaired or replaced at no extra cost, which I hoped to be the case. However having opted to have it repaired, and through conversation it was realised the purpose of the ring was ensure it kept a larger ring of my (late) Mums securely in place. Following this I was then provided with a "loan" ring so I could continue to wear my Mums ring until mine was repaired. I was astonished and touched by this kindness. Thank you Louise Douglas Jewellery, not only do you make beautiful jewelllery but also provide outstanding customer service.
