R.Excellent service, Got my watch from Singapore 2 years ago and battery ran out, just 25 dollars to get battery replaced. Really like my Paul Hewitt Watch..Thk u Wrights Jewellers Pukekohe. Also this shop has really flash quality jewelery items.
J.Really satisfied with the watch i purchased online. There was a delay in stock and they called me straight away to inform me. I received it today well packaged, manufacturer warranty card filled in by them, and even the time set correctly. Really appreciate these things, thank you :) Would definitely recommend.

A.Pop over during lunch time to get new watch strap. Previously got a rubbish strap from Mister Minnit that was a lint magnet.
The staffs were friendly and the owner sorted with a nice new strap in no time. great price as well. Very happy.
N.This Jeweler is an amazing store with amazing staff. I am very sick and just received my medic alert braclet, but it was to big. I rang Pascoes, Michael Hill, Stonz and they all said we can't help you. Not only did this Jeweler help me, there was no charge due to it being a medic alert braclet. And they also said to come back if I needed any more assistance with the links. I was humbled by their help and kindness... As they did not know I'm on a benifit due to my health. If you want a true Jewelry shop this is the one. While I waited I browsed and their Jewelry was beautiful at good prices... Thank you Wrights you showed me there is still some decency.
