Y.I recently got my engagement ring custom made with Jamies Jewellers after not being able to find quite the right thing. The whole process was so fun and smooth thanks to Kirsty who guided us through the design stages, gave great suggestions and sourced some beautiful stones. You even get a 3d print of the ring to make sure it's perfect before it's made. I love my unique ring and would absolutely recommend getting a custom ring made with Jamies.
S.Jamie's is there very best in jewellery Queenstown has to offer! The team are super helpful and friendly and they've gone above and beyond for me multiple times either with finding rings that can fit my fat fingers or getting some sentimental jewellery repaired. They are 10/10 and I highly recommend
A.Received a pair of earrings for Christmas from my granddaughter, they were purchased at Jamies, Frankton, Queenstown, (New Zealand). Unfortunately six weeks later the post on the back of one broke off. I happened to be there in January and returned earrings hoping Jamies would replace or fix.
The sales assistant was most helpful saying they did not have that particular earring in stock at that time but would send it back to the manufacturer (in Australia) to be repaired/replaced. They kept me informed on progress the whole way through, even down to phoning me the day before they couriered them back to me at my distant home town address ... I received them one day later.
Excellent service for a small jeweller other businesses should follow example of good customer service, I would definitely buy from them again.
T.The team here are the best! Very helpful over Facebook and sent pictures of what I was after before I went into the shop. Clyde stayed there late for me one evening so I could come in and try on the ring and then held it for me to purchase at a later date. He knows everything there is to know. The BEST jewellers in Queenstown!
W.Been here twice now. Once for a battery change and once for a watch clean. Great service. Battery replacement is $23. They do Ultrasonic cleaning for $10. Product came back looking great.
