J.Did NOT expect to find a Pandora on Queenstown, much less find that 90% of the Harry Potter collaboration charms were still available!! Had a lot of fun bouncing ideas off of Lydia, the sale assistant who helped me out with coming up with what I feel is an awesome Harry Potter bracelet. Thank you!!! Great service from the ladies here, but expect to wait if there are many people. The attention you get though, from start to finish is wonderful.
L.I came in yesterday to use a gift voucher and I was served by Lydia and she was so lovely, very helpful! I had a ring that was damaged from a previous purchase and she told me to bring the ring back in and they will sort it. I came back in today and was served by Anna and she was so helpful! Nothing was an issue with either ladies! Fully recommend these ladies to help you with any of your purchases in the future :-)
